Polynt Group SMC 4200 R23 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for sink and tray application. SMC 4200 R23 joints good mechanical properties with stain and chemical resistance. SMC 4200 R23 has been studied to show a uniform pigmentation on the part molded. SMC 4200 R23 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

PT-060M is a .060” non-glare sign base / .032” photopolymer.

Norsodyne® 3600BNP - high filler loading, non-promoted and non-waxed. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

DA 4090 is a one sided pre-impregnated fabric yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4092 is the same system where both sides of the fabric are pre-impregnated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepreg systems can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.

Polynt Group BMC LP 250/22 RF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good surface are combined into the BMC RF 1600/20. BMC RF 1600/20 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Deuteron OG 8672 is based on polymethyl urea resin as an effective substance. The resin shows excellent hardness and abrasion resistance. It is resistant to most customary solvents and shows a good resistance to temperatures of up to 200 °C. When used as an additive in solvent-based paint systems, Deuteron OG 8672 improves properties regarding slip and static friction and provides increased mechanical resistance. Compared with wax-based additives Deuteron OG 8672 does not spoil the recoatability. The small particle size also allows for its use in coating systems which are applied in low film thickness. Deuteron OG 867x can reduce the gloss when used as a surface additive. This can be desired for certain applications. The gloss reduction is dependant on the type of employed binder, the applied film thickness and the selected dosage.Deuteron OG 8672 is designed for use in aqueous lacquers and in coatings which are applied in low film thickness. Due to the good weather resistance and color fastness of the used polymer the product can also be used in coating systems for exterior applications. This additive is the alternative to wax-dispersions with their well-known typical side-effects. back
