Only E-Glass with textile sizing is used in the production of these filaments.The chopped strands are free of contamination or any other foreign material.

ITC -148 Heavy Duty Ceramic Repair is a strong abrasion-resistant compound for repairing areas exposed to harsh environments and mechanical abuse such as tundishes, ladles, troughs, crucibles, and door jambs. ITC-148 is a great solution for extending equipment life until planned shut down windows. The coating can also be used on walls and floors that are in contact with molten metals. Additionally, ITC-296A can be applied as a top coat to provide greater durability and extended equipment life even further.

Deuteron OG 8612 is based on polymethyl urea resin as an effective substance. The resin shows excellent hardness and abrasion resistance. It is resistant to most customary solvents and shows a good resistance to temperatures of up to 200 °C. When used as an additive in solvent based paint systems, Deuteron OG 8612 improves properties regarding slip and static friction and provides increased mechanical resistance. Compared with wax-based additives, Deuteron OG 8612 does not spoil the recoatability. The small particle size allows for its use in coating-systems which are applied in low film thickness. Deuteron OG 861x can reduce the gloss when used as a surface additive. This can be desired for certain applications. The gloss reduction is dependant on the type of employed binder, the applied film thickness and the selected dosage.Deuteron OG 8612 is recommended for use in solvent based coatings which are applied in low film thickness, e.g. can-coatings. Due to the good weather resistance and color fastness of the used polymer the product can also be used in coating systems for exterior applications. P02 Powder Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an powder binder. P02 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. P02 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Its end-use applications include boats, bath equipment, automotive parts, chemical corrosion resistant pipes, tanks, cooling towers and building components.

DİOKİ EPS F® is white beads contains internal non-HBCD flame retardant additive and pentane as blowing agent. It is not recommend for use in food contact applications. Each bead’s density is 1,05 kg/m³, bulk density is approx. 600 kg/m³ DİOKİ EPS F® is a polymer has high quality, has perfect expansion properties. It is specially produced for the production of incombustible products. It does not include in HBCD.
