Exolon® sheets are a range of transparent and translucent polycarbonate sheets featuring extremely high impact resistance - an outstanding property that they maintain over a wide temperature range.


Exolon

Exolon® Multi UV IQ-Relax are opal white sheets, which dramatically reduce the heat of the sunlight, allowing the visible light to pass through. They have a built-in intelligence system that automatically adjusts to ambient conditions. Exolon® multi IQ-Relax gives comfort and enables you to lean back in your conservatory with a pleasant and unique relax feeling.

Exolon® Multi UV IQ-Relax

Exolon® Multi UV 2/4-8 is a range of heat-insulating multiwall sheets. Their insulating characteristic can be increased, doubled, tripled or quadrupled by the number of ribs. Single surface protection offers the advantage of making the Exolon® multi UV sheets UV and weathering-resistant. Even hail has no impact on this resistant material. The sheets can be cold-bent.

Exolon® Multi UV 2/4-8

Exolon® GP stands for solid polycarbonate sheets. Their high transparency and smooth surface make them an attractive material for a wide range of applications. They offer extreme impact resistance, even at temperatures down to -100°C. The polycarbonate sheets can be thermoformed and cold-bent and are easy to process.

Exolon® GP

Exolon® Titan sheets are clear, polished polycarbonate sheets. They offer extreme impact strength that exceeds the physical properties of other products of their class. Exolon® sheets resist temperatures of -100 to +120 °C, exhibit high optical clarity and have a good fire rating. The sheets offer protection against involuntary breakage and wilfull destruction. Exolon® Titan sheets can be thermoformed, cold-curved and machined with ease.

Exolon® Titan

Exolon® UV ClimateControl is a transparent polycarbonate sheet with a protective UV coating on both sides. The sheets substantially reduce high temperatures caused by sunlight as they block out the majority of infrared light. It is extremely resistant to permanent environmental impacts and has a long service life. The maximum permissible temperature for long-term use in the absence of loads is in the region of 120°C. An additional benefit, is that the sheets come with a 10-year warranty on weather resistance, transparency and breaking strength.

Exolon® UV ClimateControl

Exolon® WS - Welding Shield sheets are polycarbonate sheets which comply with requirements for transparent screens in arc welding processes. They protect against the hazardous radiation emitted during arc welding processes and meet the requirements on light transmission, UV-stability and fire resistance specified in EN ISO 25980: 2014. The sheets are available in different colors. Exolon® WS sheets offer extreme impact strength that exceeds the physical properties of other products of their class. They resist to temperatures of -100 to +120°C.

Exolon® WS - Welding Shield

Exolon® multi UV 5M/25-20 is a polycarbonate sheet of 25 mm thickness, with a M-structure for enhanced stiffness. It combines good load bearing properties, good thermal insulation, light transmission and excellent weather resistance. The sheet is lightweight, impact resistant and easy to install. The sheets are produced with a coextruded UV-protective layer, which is homogeneously fused with the sheet material. This UV-protected side must be installed facing upwards/outwards. It provides Exolon® multi UV with a highly effective protection against weathering, guaranteed for 10 years.

Exolon® Multi UV 5M

Exolon® multi UV 5X/16-25 is a 5-wall polycarbonate sheet of 16 mm thickness, with an X-structure for enhanced stiffness. It combines high light transmission, good load bearing properties, good thermal insulation and excellent weather resistance. The sheet is lightweight, impact resistant and easy to install. The sheets are produced with a coextruded UV-protective layer, which is homogeneously fused with the sheet material.This UV-protected side must be installed facing upwards/outwards. It provides Exolon® multi UV with a highly effective protection against weathering, guaranteed for 10 years.

Exolon® Multi UV 5X/16-25

Exolon® UV sheets are made from clear-transparent polycarbonate sheets with UV protection on both sides. They are the perfect choice for a long service life owing to their good weathering resistance. These attributes are backed up by a 10 year guarantee on weathering resistance and a 10 year guarantee on retaining their mechanical properties.
