  • Use for setting porcelain, quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tiles.
  • Use with uncoupling and anti-fracture membranes.
  • For thicker bond coats: 3/32” to 1/2” (2.5 mm to 12 mm) after tile is embedded.
  • Non-sag: for use on walls and floor.

Varies with texture of substrate surface:

  • 1/4” x 1/4” (6 mm) sq. notch trowel = 90 ft² (8.4 m²) per bag.
  • 1/4” x 3/8” (6 mm x 9 mm) sq. notch trowel = 65 ft² (6 m²) per bag.
  • 1/2” x 1/2” (12 mm) sq. notch trowel = 45 ft² (4.2 m²) per bag.
Water Ratio
  • 5 1/4 - 6 quarts (4.7 - 5.6 L) of clean water per bag; or
  • 2 1/2 parts powder to 1 part water by volume (small batches)
