A rapid-setting, Portland cement-based, polymer-modified mortar with MICROTEC® and self-drying technologies, ARDEX X 32™ MICROTEC® Universal Rapid Setting and Drying Thin-to-Thick Bed Mortar is ideal for moisture-sensitive natural stone, marble and granite installations. It will not contribute to staining, discoloration or warping of natural stone tiles. ARDEX X 32 can be used as a thin to thick bed up to 1 1/4” (31.8 mm) thick and is excellent for use with agglomerate and ungauged stones that require various mortar depths. Even at a 1 1/4” (31.8 mm) thickness, ARDEX X 32 is ready for grout in just 3 hours, making it ideal for same day interior or exterior fast track installations. ARDEX X 32 can be used over exterior concrete and masonry surfaces and over common interior substrates, including concrete, masonry and exterior-grade plywood.

ARDEX N 23 is a rapid-setting, thin-to-medium-bed mortar that is ideal for interior installations of moisture-sensitive natural stone, marble, granite, porcelain, quarry and ceramic on horizontal or vertical surfaces. Recommended for all tile sizes, including mosaics, ARDEX N 23 is suitable for use over concrete floors with in-floor heating systems. ARDEX N 23 has proprietary ARDEX self-drying technology to prevent staining, discoloration, warping and efflorescence. Easy to mix and apply with excellent bond strength and sag resistance, ARDEX N 23 has an open time of up to 30 minutes and a 60-minute pot life.

ARDEX S 28™ MICROTEC® rapid-set, rapid-dry, super-format tile and uncoupling membrane mortar is a high-performance, rapid drying and rapid hardening, microfiber-reinforced, polymer-modified tile and stone mortar for interior installations. ARDEX S 28 is highly flexible with virtually no shrinkage and has an extended open time, making it perfect for large and super-format tile and stone installations. Due to its semi-pourable consistency, ARDEX S 28 is excellent when used with ARDEX FLEXBONE® uncoupling membranes and other approved uncoupling membranes. ARDEX S 28 is ideal for moisture-sensitive tile and stone such as green and light marbles because it is formulated with ARDEX proprietary self-drying technology where the mix water is completely bound into the matrix. This technology eliminates water evaporation, which virtually prevents staining and warping of moisture-sensitive tile and fully cures quickly between even the largest, most dense tiles and substrates.

ARDEX X 90 OUTDOOR™ MicroteC3 rapid-set, flexible tile and stone mortar is a revolutionary innovation in mortar technology that is formulated with specialty, high-performance ARDEX cements, polymers and microfibers to deliver maximum protection against the harshest weather conditions and provide the highest levels of efflorescence resistance for exterior tile and stone applications. ARDEX X 90 OUTDOOR can be installed over substrates with temperatures as low as 40˚F (5˚C) and can withstand driving rains or be grouted in only 2 hours.

ARDEX X 5™ is a highly versatile, polymer-modified, large format and heavy tile and stone mortar for setting porcelain, quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tile over common interior surfaces, including exterior-grade plywood, as well as exterior concrete and masonry surfaces.

ARDEX X 3™ Tile and Stone Mortar is a Portland cement-based, polymer-modified mortar with good bond strength and sag resistance and a 3-hour pot life. ARDEX X 3 mixes to a creamy, easy to apply thin set mortar that is water and weather resistant. ARDEX X 3 can be used to install quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tiles on many common interior or exterior surfaces and also can be used for setting porcelain tile over interior, absorbent concrete and other cementitious surfaces. ARDEX X 3 is recommended for the installation of most tile sizes, including mosaics, and is suitable for use over concrete floors with in-floor heating systems.

ARDEX X 77™ MICROTEC® fiber reinforced tile and stone mortar is a high-performance, microfiber-reinforced, polymer-modified mortar formulated especially for large format tile installations. Use to install porcelain, glass, quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tiles over interior or exterior concrete and masonry floor and wall surfaces. Also use for interior applications over exterior-grade plywood. ARDEX X 77 is ideal for use in swimming pools and fountains and over in-floor heating systems and is recommended for all tile sizes, including mosaics.

ARDEX X 4™ is a polymer modified mortar for setting most types of tile including mosaics and natural stone* over common interior surfaces including exterior grade plywood, as well as over exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. ARDEX X 4 mortar can be used to set porcelain tiles on horizontal exterior concrete or masonry surfaces.

ARDEX X 78 ™ MICROTEC® semi-pourable tile and stone mortar is formulated to provide high bond strength and flexibility, making it ideal for the installation of large format tiles in high traffic areas. Its unique, semi-pourable consistency makes application over large areas fast and easy. Also, it provides excellent contact upon setting eliminating the need to back butter the tile in most instances.
