CHS-EPOXY 112 4F5 is a Modified by 5% of flow control agent.

T Stellar Green 8 is a daylight fluorescent pigment for inks, paints, aerosols, plastisols and organosol coatings.

Polymac® 5040 is a low reactivity, high tg carboxyl-functional polyester resin designed for cure with TGIC in a 93:7 ratio 94:6 ratio is also possible . The resulting coatings exhibit excellent flow, exterior durability and mechanical properties, and enhanced impact fusion resistance. Polymac® 5040 is TMA-free.

Resicure® 2MI is commonly used as a sole curing agent or as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator in epoxy resin based formulations. Typical loading level as a sole curing agent is about 3-5 phr and as a dicy and anhydride cure accelerator is about 0.5 – 1.5 phr. Jet milled grade of Resicure imidazole is available as Resicure 2MI-J.

Razeen® SR 5184 is an unmodified solid epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A.

TECHNIREZ® RME-912 is a solid adduct of a “4” type solid diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A epoxy resin and a carboxyl terminated butadiene acrylonitrile elastomer. RME-912 is epoxy functional and therefore compatible with all epoxy resins. The product offers low temperature melting and high elastomer content. RME-912 is easily dissolved in a variety of solvents such as MEK, toluene and xylene. Due to its high elastomeric content, significant improvements in impact resistance, thermal shock resistance and fatigue resistance may be seen when used alone or in combination with other epoxy resins. The product is offered as a coarse pellet or as a fine ground (180 micron) powder or as superfine 74 micron grade.

Araldite® GT 7013 N is a solid, unmodified Bisphenol A epoxy resin. Thick and thin film coatings.

Poly-Chemcure PC-2.8 is a high-performing, very fast recoat, sandable, two component, VOC conforming (2.8lbs./gal./low HAPS) Amine Cured Epoxy that will cure at temperatures down to 20°F. PC-2.8 Epoxy Primer is specially modified with a proprietary blend of selective resins, wetting agents and penetrants to provide excellent adhesion and protection to properly prepared carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces. Depending on the temperature, the fast setting PC-2.8 can be recoated in 90 – 105 minutes. PC-2.8 High Production Epoxy Primer is used as a regular and high build primer under a wide variety of Epoxy and Polyurethane topcoats.

INNORES® 24-Alkyd colorants for general industrial alkyd and polyester system

Avox® 380 PS is an aromatic highly functional polyester polyol. This material is made from recycled and renewable resources.

Technicure® PDU-250M, N,N-dimethyl-N-phenyl urea, is a substituted urea. It is used as a dicyandiamide (DICY) accelerator in one-component epoxy resin based formulations. Typically the product is used with epoxy resin and dicyandiamide between 1-3 phr. The loading level of an accelerator will provide balance of low temperature reactivity and formulation shelf stability.

NEVCHEM® 140 is a thermoplastic low molecular weight, C9 hydrocarbon resin produced by catalytic polymerization of mixed aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks.

NEVCHEM®100 is a thermoplastic low molecular weight, C9 hydrocarbon resin produced by catalytic polymerization of mixed aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks.

AGITAN 105 is a special formulated emulsion type defoamer with excellent stability and defoaming properties. The defoamer is easy to emulsify in aqueous systems.

LX®-3100 is a thermoplastic low molecular weight, hydrocarbon resin produced by thermal polymerization of mixed DCPD, aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks.

Antioxidants - Others

EpoxyGrip® 2300 is used as a universal primer over marginally prepared steel substrates and as a bonding (tie) coat over old existing, aged coatings. The outstanding wetting characteristics of EpoxyGrip 2300 allows the coating to penetrate tightly adherent rust and voids in existing coatings to yield a sound base for a wide variety of fresh topcoats. Being solvent free, edges of existing coatings are not lifted thus reducing undercutting and peeling of the existing coating. Excellent for use as a tie coat over existing coatings, as well as over rusted and pitted steel surfaces. Excellent for use on structural steel, steel tanks, barges, water tanks, refineries petrochemical plants, power plants, railcars, pulp & paper mills and others as recommended. Acceptable as a primer for drywall substrates.

Technicure® 101 is an Imidazole Epoxy Adduct Curing Agent.

CCM gmbh 641 Hybrid Multi Protect is a hybrid, two-component, transparent sealing coating. This coating provides a high gloss appearance which is weather resistance for many years. The coating offers a range of valuable attributes. It of course offers an easy-to-clean-effect which means that environmental soiling agents don’t adhere to the coated surfaces. In addition, the sealed surfaces can be cleaned without special cleaning agents, simply clean with water and a sponge. Faded or “chalked” surfaces can be rejuvenated and will appear like new, as the former shine and color returns after being coated with 641 Hybrid Multi Protect.

Razeen® SR 5274 is a solid flow agent master batch for use in epoxy based powder coatings.

Polymac® 5650 is a catalyst-free, carboxy-functional polyester resin designed to cure using TGIC at a 93:7 TGIC ratio. The resulting films using this resin system are characterized by high gloss, excellent hardness, excellent flexibility and color retention, and good exterior durability.
