PolyBrite® 93 is a silicone flashing compound designed for use at various flashing and through roof penetration conditions. When installing polyglass silicone coating systems, use details and where silicone is required to be applied vertically, such as parapet walls. The product will expand and contract with the movement of the roof surface and is resistant to UV degradation.

PolyBrite® 75 is a high tensile, superior grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation uses 100% acrylic resins cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. It can be used as either a base or surface coat. This product has excellent adhesion to sprayed polyurethane foam (SPUF) and a variety of other construction and roofing substrates and can exceed the expected tensile strength of typical acrylic roof coatings. This product provides excellent durability and dirt pickup resistance.

PolyBrite® 76 Base Coat is a premium, specially formulated water-based elastomeric base coat specifically designed to serve as a stain-blocking coating and offers enhanced resistance to areas subject to standing water conditions. PolyBrite® 76 cures to form a seamless membrane when applied over the entire roof area.

PolyBrite® 71-HS is a high solid, premium grade water-based elastomeric coating. This proprietary formulation uses 100% acrylic resin cures to form a seamless fluid applied roof membrane. It offers the unique ability to extend the life of a roofing system, lower overall life cycle costs, and provides excellent bleed-through resistance. When applied in white, it is highly reflective keeping the roof surface cool and providing protection from UV and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 55 is an elastomeric roof coating specially developed for application over new Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof systems. It is formulated for superior adhesion over foam. It employs a highly flexible acrylic polymer for enhanced thermal expansion and contraction capabilities typical of roofing foam surfaces.

PolyBrite® 31 CB is specifically formulated for hot dry climates and extends the life cycle of new and existing roof systems by providing protection from ultraviolet sun and other weather conditions. Its highly reflective properties keep the roof surface cool resulting in reduced building energy cost in high temperate conditions.

PolyBrite® 70 reduces roof temperatures, extends the life cycle performance of new and existing roof systems, and provides protection from ultraviolet sunlight and other weather exposures.

PolyBrite® 74 is a water-based industrial rust inhibitive coating manufactured with a light blue color to easily determine coverage. PolyBrite® 74 is designed to inhibit further oxidation resulting in rust degradation and to prevent bleed-through when using elastomeric coatings.
