403C Super Cold™ HFO-1234ZE is a non-flammable cold spray that is used primarily for diagnosing thermally intermittent problems with electronic devices. It is also useful for protecting heat sensitive components during soldering, quickly cooling solder joints, and it can also be used to quickly remove gum and other adhesives from a variety of surfaces.

UV Curable Conformal Coating 4200UV is a 1-part, UL-certified conformal coating formulated for rapid cure upon exposure to UV light. It is a low viscosity coating that retains high fluorescence after curing for ease of inspection, curing to a smooth, glass-like finish. The coating contains a secondary moisture cure mechanism that allows for curing in shadowed areas. 4200UV is a cost-effective option for large volume projects where both fast turn-around and higher throughput are required. It creates a rugged barrier protecting circuits from humidity, corrosion, fungus, dust, thermal shock and high voltage arcing.

8241 Isopropyl Alcohol 70/30 is an electronics cleaner. The liquid is fully miscible with water and a large variety of organic solvents, making it good at dissolving dirt, dust, greases, and light organic contaminants. It is quick drying relative to water and leaves no residue. As it dries, it gives off a light alcohol odor, which is not bothersome and serves as a cue to limit over-exposure due to poor ventilation. Since it is safe for paints, metals, and plastics, 8241 is widely used to clean a variety of electronic equipment and peripherals. Another use is to wash off harsh organic solvents like acetone that might damage the substrate surface.

4226 is a highly insulating coating with excellent arc and corona resistance. This clear, low viscosity, one part varnish coating is easy to use and adheres well to many substrates. The 4226 insulates transformers, coils, motor windings, and various electric generator parts against arc and corona. As well, it protects these parts from corrosion and moisture.

832WC is a rigid, 2-part, clear epoxy resin that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. It is designed for applications where high clarity is required. It does not yellow when exposed to UV light; it maintains clarity in applications with service temperatures of up to 65 °C and intermittent exposures of up to 100 °C. It can be used for underwater applications such as potting swimming pool lights. It is also a good choice for casting resin.

8309 is a liquid conformal coating stripper that readily removes most thermoplastic and non-cross linked coatings, such as acrylics, urethanes, and silicones based conformal coatings. It also facilitates the removal of some thermoset coatings, like cross-linked silicones and polyurethanes, by softening or swelling the coat to aid with mechanical removal. This stripper is safe for most types of PCB components.

The 407C Audio Video Head Cleaner is designed to provide optimal cleaning power while remaining safe for equipment. It efficiently removes greases, oils, carbon, static, dirt, and grim. Acrylic Conformal Coating 419D is a 1-part acrylic conformal coating that cures to a durable, flexible and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 10 minutes. The 401B Nu-Trol™ Control Cleaner for Electronics is a unique blend of high purity solvents and a lubricating mineral oil that is excellent for cleaning and lubricating delicate moving parts in electronics. The solvent system also effectively dissolves oil and organic residues. This product is useful in a variety of electronics applications such as controls, potentiometers, dials, switches, tuners, and servomechanisms.

8361A-P label and adhesive remover pen applies a solvent that soaks through labels to dissolve the adhesive backing, releasing the label. It can then be used to quickly clean up adhesive residues left behind. It can also be used to remove some inks and cured adhesives.

The 406B Super Wash™ Electronics Cleaner is a very fast drying and zero residue cleaner degreaser for PC boards. This hydrocarbon-based cleaner is perfect for quick PC boards cleaning. When used as a secondary rinse, it accelerates the drying time of boards treated with slower drying cleaners. Great for dissolving many types of flux. Thermally Conductive Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 832TC is a 2-part, black epoxy that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. It is designed for applications where thermal management is a concern. Its high thermal conductivity helps protect circuits by reducing the risk of heat buildup. 846 is an economical, carbon-filled, electrically conductive grease. It lubricates, reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static buildup. Use 846 when you want a lubricating grease that provides great electrical contact and environmental protection. 846 Carbon Conductive Grease is excellent for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connecters and potentiometers.

824-400ML - Isopropyl Alcohol Spray UK This is 99.9% ACS reagent grade isopropyl alcohol aerosol spray for cleaning electronics. Good solvency, low surface tension, and aerosol pressure make it an effective flux remover and general electronics cleaner. It effectively cleans ionic, polar and non-polar residues. It is safe on most painted surfaces, plastics, and elastomers. It leaves no residue, evaporates quickly relative to water, and does not cause corrosion. It is anhydrous, hydroscopic, and fully miscible with water. It is low toxicity compared to alternative solvents and is similarly relatively environmentally benign, being ozone safe with excellent “green solvent” scores. This product is packaged as an aerosol, however, it is also offered as a liquid and as a presaturated wipe. Additionally, we offer liquid 70% IPA and 70% IPA presaturated wipes.

The 408A Rubber Renue™ restores old rubber parts that have become hard and lost their tackiness and flexibility. It causes the rubber to swell, allowing dirt to come out of its pores. When the solvent dries, the rubber returns to its form and remains tacky, allowing rollers and platens to retain their grip.

The 411 HFE Electronics Cleaner is a hydrofluroether, zero residue, plastic safe, non-flammable, and nonconductive cleaner degreaser that can be used on live circuits. The cleaner provides a high degree of safety for the equipment, workers, and the environment without sacrificing performance. It is approved by the EPA under the SNAP program as a low toxicity replacement of ozone-depleting substances. It offers a similar cleaning performance to similar CFC type cleaners but without the accompanying safety concerns. Due to its high density, low surface tension, and low viscosity, the 411 cleaner will easily drip off even the most complex geometries without becoming trapped in small spaces.

4223F is a 1-part, heat curing, UL 746E certified, thermoset polyurethane conformal coating. It cures to a durable, flexible, scratch resistant, and smooth finish. It is easy to apply and can be handled in 15 minutes. It cures in only 2 hours at 100 °C (212 °F). It may be removed with appropriate strippers, or soldered through for repair or rework. 4223F protects printed circuit boards in chemically challenging environments. It provides strong protection against aggressive chemicals, corrosion, moisture, fungus, dirt, dust, thermal shock, abrasion, short circuit, high-voltage arcing, and static discharge.

Black 1:1 Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 832HD is a black, rigid, 2-part epoxy that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Due to its low mixed viscosity, 832HD can easily penetrate small gaps and cavities. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharge, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals.

834B potting and encapsulating compound is a black, flame retardant, thermally conductive two-part epoxy that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This product is designed for applications where thermal management and self-extinguishing are critical. It also provides excellent electrical insulation and protects components from static discharges, vibration, abrasion, thermal shock, environmental humidity, salt water, fungus, and many harsh chemicals. This epoxy has a convenient 2:1 volume mix ratio, making it compatible with most dispensing equipment. 834B can be cured at room temperature or higher.

Super Shield™ Nickel Conductive Paint 841AR is a conductive paint that consists of a 1-part, solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive nickel flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It can be easily applied by brush or spray. It has a quick dry time, with no heat cure necessary. It adheres strongly to most injection molded plastics, such as ABS, PBT, PVA and ABS/PC blend. The 824 Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) is a high purity cleaner and solvent. The purity level meets Grade A standard for MIL Spec TT-I-735A and ASTM D770, ensuring that no contamination occurs from its use. As a cleaner, it is fully miscible in water and most organic fluids, making it good at dissolving dirt, light organic contaminants, and ionic flux residues. Since the 824 is highly anhydrous (without water) and hygroscopic (absorbs humidity), it readily scavenges water off surfaces, trapping the water in the IPA solution as an azeotropic mixture. This helps to dehumidify surfaces. As a solvent, it acts as a moderate evaporation, ‘plastic safe’ diluent (see compatibility chart on page 3) and is used to improve the properties of paint resins and other heterogeneous solid mixtures. Therefore, it serves as a useful carrier solvent to adjust the rheological properties and compatibilities of complex mixtures. Due to IPA’s volatility, it resists entrapment in the coating. As it dries, it gives off a very light odor, which is not bothersome but serves as a cue to limit over-exposure due to poor ventilation.

Black Flexible Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 834FX is a 2-part, flame-retardant, thermally conductive, fexible epoxy resin that provides extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This product is designed for applications where minimizing the physical stress on components is critical. It is good in low temperature and arctic environments, and in applications that involve temperature cycling or rapid temperature changes. It provides the functionality of silicone, but with the durability and cost-effectiveness of epoxy.

8361 Label and Adhesive Remover is formulated to effectively remove adhesive, sticker, and ink residues. It contains a pleasant odor which makes the product easy to work with.

When the solvent dries, the rubber returns to its form and remains tacky. This product restores the tackiness of platens and rollers as well as helping remove dirt, ink, and sticky residues. 402C spray duster is a pressurized gas duster made with 100% HFO-1234ze which is non-flammable, non-conductive, moisture free, zero residue, and has a global warming potential of less than 1. Its powerful blast blows away microscopic dust, lint, and foreign particles. Recommended for use in home or office over 402A.

It will not separate, bleed or migrate. It reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion, and prevents static buildup. It is thixotropic and can be used as a gap filler to ensure grounded connections or revitalize corroded sockets. Use 847 when you want a non-bleeding paste that provides great electrical contact and environmental protection. It is excellent for use on ground connections, battery terminals, bus bars, single pole jacks, slide connectors, HVAC connections, speaker posts, and fluorescent light pins.

Translucent Epoxy, Encapsulating & Potting Compound 832C is a rigid, amber clear epoxy that offers extreme environmental, mechanical and physical protection for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Due to its low mixed viscosity, it can easily penetrate small gaps and cavities.
