ADM 62 DE/43 Baumé Corn Syrup (011056) is bland in flavor and colorless with a pleasant odor. It is low in reducing sugars, providing minimal sweetness, fermentability, and hygroscopicity. Due to the large amount of higher saccharides, it provides texture and mouthfeel, as well as emulsion stability to certain foods.

ADM 115 Non-GMO Food Grade Native Corn Starch #028164 is a highly refined product and a low-moisture basic powdered starch manufactured by ADM in Europe. This product is used in food applications such as puddings, salad dressings, prepared mixes, and gravies. As an unmodified (thick-boiling) starch, it is typically high in viscosity, with a good body at both low and high solids. Additionally, the setback (viscosity increase upon aging of the starch paste) is characteristically high for this product.

ADM Sodium Citrate Dihydrate Fine Granular (USP-NF/FCC) (042420) is derived from citric acid and is available in a free-flowing, colorless granular form. It is odorless and freely soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol. Sodium citrate dihydrate is the most widely used emulsifying salt in sliced processed cheese products. In meat products, it is used as an anticoagulant for fresh livestock blood and as a curing accelerator. Clintose® CR 24 Corn Syrup Solids (012181) is a nutritive saccharide that is produced as a white and odorless powder. This specialty product has a multitude of functional properties, and can be utilized in a wide range of applications such as infant formulas, coffee whiteners, instant sauces, and meats. Some of the properties that make ADM's Corn Syrup Solids highly versatile include moderate sweetness, solubility, low hygroscopicity, low browning tendencies, viscosity/bodying agent, low osmotic pressure, binding properties, freezing point control, and crystal growth inhibition.

ADM Liquid Dextrose 312 is a glucose syrup that is a concentrated aqueous solution of saccharides obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It is a sweet-tasting, transparent, water-like to light yellow liquid that is Kosher and Halal certified and has a bland odor.

SweetRight® Sucralose Granular (011702) is a white, granular powder product that functions as a non-nutritive sweetener. It can be used in applications including carbonated soft drinks, beverages, dairy products, and baked goods. It has no objectionable aroma or taste and is Kosher and Halal certified.

ADM d-Limonene Ultra High Purity (302002) is derived from the peels of sweet oranges (Citrus sinensis). It is specifically recommended for use in adhesive resins, flavors, fragrances, solvents, and degreasing agents. High-purity d-limonene is 99.4% pure, meaning it is considerably low in impurities. This leads to cleaner, more neutral products. It is most often used in fine fragrance applications.
