SILRES® BS SMK 550 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. Such dilute aqueous solutions serve as chemical damp-proofing agents. The WTA has certified the suitability of SILRES® BS SMK 550 for this application.

SILRES® BS SMK 1311 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield microemulsions. The dilute aqueous solution of SILRES® BS SMK 1311 serves as a high-quality, general-purpose water repellent for impregnating and priming mineral and even alkaline substrates. SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6294 A/B is a two-component, solventless liquid silicone rubber (LSR) system that cures rapidly upon heating to a tough silicone rubber. This product provides good adhesion and has been formulated primarily as a high-strength, moderate-viscosity liquid rubber for fabric coating applications.

SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

SILRES® BS 1802 is an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete in its undiluted form. Additionally, it can be utilized as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products. SILRES® BS 1802 effectively prolongs the service life of concrete structures by inhibiting the alkali-silica reaction (ASR).

POWERSIL® 577 Plus is a curable, one-component silicon-in-water emulsion that can be applied through spray application. Upon drying and curing, it forms a high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. This solvent-free product also creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive layers, minimizing electrical leakage current, and eliminating the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6200 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that is solvent-free and free-flowing. It utilizes additive curing and consists of two components. SILRES® BS 16040 is a water-dilutable, solvent-free silane emulsion. It is a high-quality specialty product used for the hydrophobic impregnation and priming of alkaline substrates. When applied to construction materials, SILRES® BS 16040 reacts with atmospheric moisture and/or water present in the pores of the building material. This reaction eliminates alcohol and forms an active substance that greatly reduces the absorbency of the concrete within the active zone (penetration depth after post-treatment). Importantly, this reduction in absorbency occurs without blocking any pores or capillaries in the material. As a result of the impregnation, the treated building material retains its high water-vapor permeability, allowing moisture to pass through while still providing excellent protection against water penetration.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3153 A/B is a liquid, solvent-free silicone rubber designed for coatings on textile-braided cables and a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. The product has good adhesion to glass fiber and common textiles. It provides a glossy surface and may be diluted with Isopar E or other aliphatic hydrocarbons.
