ME7655-RC is a reworkable, alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (i.e. alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity of this material makes it useful for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. ME7655-RC can be cured at 150°C for 30 minutes without creating voids. It can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

ME7863 is a one part, quartz filled cyanate ester die attach adhesive. It was designed for solder-sealed ceramic packages. It can withstand temperatures up to 300°C without thermal degradation. ME7863 has processing characteristics required in high speed automation. Its unique chemistry results in very low moisture absorption, high adhesive strength and low CTE.

SILVER FILM™ is a liquid-applied, single-component, bright aluminum solar reflective coating that will retain its reflective qualities for many years. It is a high solids, thermoplastic resin-based product with superior adhesion to most metals and asphaltic or coal tar pitch roofs. SILVER FILM™ is extremely effective on both pitched and flat surfaces where ponded water conditions exist.

BONDiT™ B-536 is a two-part, very high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-flexible epoxy resin system. Especially designed for adhesive applications in bonding to a wide range of engineering plastics, including polyolefin and metals, glass, ceramic, composite and wood. Typical example of lapshear bond strength is 1100 PSI for PEEK-to-PEEK and PEEK-to-Steel substrates. B-536 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, and detergents. B-536 has high thermal stability and offers good corrosion resistance. The semi- flexible properties of B-536 permits assembly of materials with dissimilar thermal expansion and survive thermal cycling. Likewise mechanical vibration, shock and impact are easily absorbed by B-536 and protect surfaces and bonded assemblies.

CChilders® CHIL-SEAL® CP-137 AF coating is a white, fire-resistive coating which is also an excellent adhesive. It brushes easily and forms a tough film over surfaces such as glass cloth or canvas. It will not attack plastic foams or other adhesives. Brushes and tools are easily cleaned with water. Childers® CHIL-SEAL® CP-137 AF coating is specially formulated with additional antimicrobials built into the coating to protect it from fungus or odor-producing bacteria on its surface. It is specially formulated with fungistatic agents to provide long-term resistance to mold or mildew growth on its surface.

Sinmast 501 is a 100% solids, flexibilized two-part epoxy joint filler specifically formulated to meet the punishing demands of today’s industrial floors. Sinmast 501 is used to fill and repair joints and cracks subjected to hard wheeled traffic and will provide for a flexible and durable surface. It is flexible, resilient and will help protect floor cracks, saw-cut and control joints from cracking or spalling of the joint edges. Sinmast 501 can also be mixed with sand and applied as a coating for a resilient non-skid surface.

BONDiT™ B-755 is a unique low viscosity, two-part, high strength, 100% solids, room-temperature curing semi-rigid cyclo-aliphatic epoxy resin system with good scratch and impact resistance. Suitable for clear coat, conformal coating and electrical potting applications. The B-755 handles harsh environments easily and is effective against moisture, salt water, acids, alkalies, oils, fuels, solvents and detergents. B-755 produces very low extract products in soak tests and provides corrosion resistance.
