ELASTOSIL® S 692 A/B is a self-leveling, electrically conductive, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber that can be cured at room temperature or at high temperatures. It is recommended for space applications due to its low outgassing rate and low-temperature flexibility. ELASTOSIL® S 692 A/B has been developed and designed as an ablative adhesive to prevent static electrical charging effects on solar generators for space applications, such as satellites.

EB-430-1HT is a highly versatile epoxy adhesive formulated for semiconductor industry. An easy to dispense liquid paste, it offers high heat transfer, low shrinkage and a coefficient of thermal expansion comparable to that of copper and aluminum. This adhesive is designed for protecting IC's in TAB, as well as glob-top encapsulant for COB placement. Other applications include fabricating heat sinks, bonding semiconductors and transistors to heat sinks and general-purpose bonding of electronic components.

124-19 is a two part, room temperature curing, anisotropic conductive epoxy adhesive. The system is designed for making electrical and mechanical attachments on electrical components and devices. Unlike typical room temperature curing systems, this product always results in excellent anisotropic conductivity and is less sensitive to handling and ambient conditions. Complimentary B components allow for customization of end properties. 128-32-25 is a screen-printable, B-stageable, anisotropically conductive, epoxy adhesive suitable for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to a variety of metallic contact pad compositions as well as other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to solvents, heat, and thermocycling. Applications for 128-32-25 include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, electrical attachment of surface mounted devices and bonding of flex circuits to PC boards and electroluminescent panels. This product offers a faster cure at lower temperatures and will snap cure at higher temperatures. 124-22C is a pre catalyzed, solvent-resistant, anisotropic conductive ink, coating and adhesive. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, polycarbonate and a variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to methyl ethyl ketone. It is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Applications for 124-22C include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, PTF circuits, and electrical attachment of surface mounted devices. 125-31FPC is a syringe dispensable, 100 % solids, thermally conductive, electrically insulating, pre-catalyzed epoxy adhesive. This system features excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical resistance and excellent high temperature properties. Unlike conventional thermally conductive epoxy adhesives, 125-31FPC is flexible and is able to absorb stress when bonding mismatched CTE substrates. 127-31 is an extremely flexible one-component, syringe dispensable, 100% solids, thermally conductive, electrically insulating soft epoxy adhesive, encapsulant, and potting compound. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to methyl ethyl ketone. This product features a hydrophobic resin that has proven well in humid aging studies and is also very resistant to scratching and creasing. Applications for 126-22 include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, PTF circuits attachments, and LED surface bonding demands. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. The product can be rebonded many times by simply adding heat and slight pressure. Applications for 112-05 include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, PTF circuits, and electrical attachment of surface mounted devices. 122-44 is a silicone, pressure sensitive, screen-printable anisotropic conductive adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength, high temperature holding power, and conductivity provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. 122-44 is designed for bonding rubber to a variety of substrates such as aluminum, stainless steel, and steel. 128-33 is a single component, silver filled, electrically conductive epoxy ink and adhesive suitable for application by syringe dispensing and pin transfer. This product is designed for assembling electrical components and features exceptional pot life, flexibility, and chemical resistance compared to typical conductive adhesives. With its unique balance of properties 128-33 is well-suited for bonding on a wide range of substrates including copper, silicon, glass, and gold among many others.Features High temperature single component conductive adhesive

8331S – Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive This electrically conductive paste is a 2-part heat-cured epoxy with a long working time. It is smooth, non-sagging, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This electrically conductive epoxy paste can be used as a solder replacement for bonding heat-sensitive electronic components, or for making conductive connections where soldering is not an option, such as when bonding to glass, soft metals, or plastics. It provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding and is very effective in filling seams between metal plates. 8331S has been formulated to be economical. For a higher fill version that maximizes conductivity, use 8330S. For a shorter working time or room temperature cure, use 8331 or 8331D. For a 1-part alternative use 9410 or 9400. We also offer a full line of thermally conductive electrically insulating epoxy adhesives.

8329TCF is a thermally conductive, fast-cure two-part epoxy adhesive. It is off-white, smooth, viscous, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. It is also flame retardant and meets the UL 94V-0 standard. For a 1 mL quantity, a minimal service cure can be achieved in 15 minutes at room temperature, and a full cure in 4 hours. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips and automatic dispensing systems. 8329TCF has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity. For a lower viscosity, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TCM or 8329TCS.
