Wastewater Treat - Petroleum (PT) is a granular product consisting of naturally occurring; scientifically selected (but not genetically manipulated) microbes formulated to bioremediate all factions of crude or modified petroleum products and paraffin wax. PT is a blend of aerobic and facultatively anaerobic microbial cultures that are effective across a wide spectrum of substrates and continue enzyme production until almost all oil contaminants and other organic wastes are consumed. In addition to specific enzymes, several cultures create their own biosurfactant to aid in emulsifying oils and fats.
