Azacca® is a dual purpose hop. Azacca®, named for the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit notes. Its excellent aromatic qualities have quickly made Azacca® a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in varying styles of beer. It is used for both bittering and aroma.

GR Saphir is bred by the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, Saphir’s low alpha acids, admirable resistance to disease, and familiar citrusy, spicy, and floral notes make it an increasingly preferred stand-in for famous noble hop Hallertauer Mittelfrüh.

Agnus is a high alpha acid hop. Agnus has been compared in various sources to Magnum, Nugget, Target and Columbus. According to the Hop Growers Union of the Czech Republic brewing results has shown that it has a better effect on beer stability. This makes it good for export beers and for German style lagers as well as Pilsners.

Mt. Hood is named for Oregon’s Mt. Hood and released in 1989, this half-sister to Liberty, Crystal, and Ultra was derived from German Hallertauer. As such, its aromatics are subtly spicy and herbal, well-suited to refined lagers.

CITRA® US is Known for its intense citrus notes, this hop has quickly gained popularity amongst brewers and consumes alike, since its release in 2007 by Hop Breeding Co. Ltd.

Styrian Eagle is a cross between European and American germplasm.

Crosby Estate Grown Comet brings a colourful new life to this public variety published in the early 1980's, grown exclusively in the beautiful Willam of Oregon.

GLACIER s a cross between French Elsasser female and USDA experimental male, glacier is a dual-purpose hop with well-balanced bittering properties and a pleasant aroma profile. It was released from the Washington state university USDA breeding program in 2000 and selected for its low cohumulone content and good yield potential.

NUGGET is a high alpha variety with high yield, originally developed through the USDA program at Oregon State University from a cross made in 1970 and registered much later in 1984. The variety is tolerant to a wide range of soil conditions and grows vigorously in all areas. Nugget is also grown in the German Hallertau but shows a bit lower-alpha content there.

Citra® is citrus incarnate, wafting from beer like freshly squeezed grapefruit with some tropical notes and quickly commanding the attention of the craft brewing industry.

HOOH Organic Hop BC Tahoma contains a Citra-like terpene signature. Like Citra, our Tahoma is loaded with Myrcene, ß-Pinene and Linalool. This variety is often used in combination with goldings. Fuggle has a typical English aroma whose robust character contributes nicely to beer flavor. Sometimes it is used as a distinctive dry hop.

Super Styrian Aurora is a diploid hybrid between Northern Brewer and a TG seedling of unknown origin. Released in 1971, high content of bitter substances, pleasant aroma, suitable for picking with a picking machine, sensitive to aphids.

CITRA® is an aroma hop brand released by the HOP Breeding Company (a joint venture between John I. Haas, INC. and Select Botanicals Group, LLC in the yakima valley) having unique and highly favored flavor characteristics. As the name suggests, its flavor descriptors include citrus including lime and grapefruit as well as various tropical fruity flavors.

Arix Kazbek is a selection from progenies of hybrid material crossed with russian wildgrowing hops.

Pekko® (ADHA-871) is the dual-purpose hop, bred by the American Dwarf Hop Association and named for the finnish god of crops, brings to the table high alpha acid along with an intriguing mix of flavors like mint, pear, citrus, and floral aspects.

Bohemia Hop Bohemie variety is a breeding based on varieties Saaz and Sladek. Suitable for second hop addition.

LORAL™ is a hop brand developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2016, previously known as HBC 291. It provides pleasant floral and herbal notes reminiscent of a noble aroma of hop. Loral’s mother is U.S. Glacier and her grandmother the long-established french noble variety known as Tardif de Bourgogne.

Centennial is a dual purpose hop. Centennial hops are an experimental variety which is under evaluation by UK and US brewers. They have quite floral qualities similar to that of Cascade.

Aroostook Nugget is a higher alpha acid hop used mostly for bittering (ours range from 9-11%) with a herbal aroma.

PAHTO™ is a U.S. high alpha hop, formerly known as HBC 682. This variety is named after the native word for mount Adams in Washington State. It is useful as a bittering hop, produces high yield rates and is resistant to disease.

Bohemia Hop Harmonie variety is a multiple hybrid with nearly 60 % of Saazer in its origin. It is a semi-late cultivar which shows balanced structure with slightly higher herbal aroma. Harmonie is recommended for the second hopping.
