MP3 ABS / PMMA Acrylac QX 700 is obtained through an extrusion process of ABS layers (co polymer of Acrylonitrile, Butadiene and Styrene) and PMMA (polymer of Methyl Methacrylate). The selection of materials allows us to obtain a composite sheets featuring a very good mechanical strength, good rigidity and excellent physical properties. The PMMA layer gives the product an excellent appearance, high resistance to abrasions and protection against UV rays in outdoor applications, thereby slowing down aging and color change.

Stretchlon® 200 vacuum bag film is a high elongation elastomeric film which can be used for cures up to 121°C and debulking operations. When parts with multiple contours are vacuum bagged, Stretchlon® 200 is an excellent choice as the high elongation will stretch into complex features. This film is not affected by low humidity environment. It is recommended for cures with epoxy and phenolic resins.

Airdraw Airdraw 2 is embossed with a ''cracked ice'' pattern which allows for rapid air removal when placed under vacuum. The film has been formulated to provide increased stiffness to assist in maintaining a breathable pattern. Airdraw 2 is not affected by environmental conditions and will not soften in high humidity, allowing superior breathability. It is designed primarily for ply compaction with the added benefits of not requiring a breather. It is embossed from one side of the film, under close examination; the film has a flat side and a raised side. The outer surface of the roll is the raised side. For best results, place the raised side against the part surface on top of a perforated release film.

Atlas Fiber G-10 Rod is continuous woven glass fabric laminated with an epoxy resin. This grade is extremely high in mechanical strength, has low water absorption and dissipation factors and has superior electrical characteristics, which are exhibited over a wide range of temperatures and humidities. Note: G-10 and FR4 are two separate materials.

Senosan® C60FR-3 has a ABS/PC compound with flame retardant properties.

Efalon® Carbon-filled K-25 is a PTFE carbon filled(C25 and C35) have less thermal expansion, higher wear resistance, less deformation under load properties compared to virgin Efalon®. Carbon filled PTFE has excellent mechanical and wear properties, retains the excellent frictional properties and is an excellent choice for seals and rings in dynamic and high pressure applications.

CENTROMID 6 GF / PA 6 GF 30 is reinforced with 30% glass-fibers. This leads to stiffness and increased resistance in the composite material and an increased heat distortion resistance at the same time. The impact strength is reduced, the tensile strength is increased up to 8.700 MPa. PA 6 GF 30 plastics are often used as track and rope pulleys.

Stretchlon® 800 vacuum bag film has the highest elongation from all nylon films and is suitable for cure temperatures up to 204°C. When parts with multiple contours are vacuum bagged, Stretchlon® 800 is a good choice offering to stretch into most areas. This film is designed to remain more flexible than standard nylon films in low humidity conditions. Stretchlon® 800 is recommended for epoxy and BMI resins.

POLYDET® Performance Plus WR 1,3mm is a fiber glass reinforced composite in coils and sheets which is coated with premium gelcoat resin system.
