ALBIDUR® VE 3940 is a concentrated dispersion, comprising 40% high-performance elastomer within a Bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin. This product serves the essential purpose of enhancing the toughness of vinyl ester resins that would otherwise be brittle. The elastomeric component in use is a specialized silicone rubber, meticulously distributed within the liquid resin as a finely dispersed second phase.

AFCONA 7202 is mainly recommended for UPE resin systems. It is considered to be a moderately strong defoamer, so it is not suitable for unpigmented or clear systems. Adding AFCONA - 7202 to resin may result in in-can haziness, but this will have a minimal effect on the final gloss and will not affect the other properties of the system.

FILCO® 7703 is an unsaturated polyester resin provided in non-ionic water dispersion, serving as a film former in glass fiber sizings. It presents as a milky liquid. Crestafire® P1-2002PA is a pre-accelerated thixotropic polyester resin with fire retardant properties, making it suitable for applications where fire resistance is a consideration. The product is suitable for spray and hand lamination application techniques. It requires only the addition of a catalyst to start the curing reaction.

espol™ 31.00 is a non-accelerated terephthalic acid-based polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has a medium viscosity and reactivity and exhibits good mechanical and electrical properties, along with good chemical resistance compared to general-purpose resins. It is designed for hand laminating, spray-up, and casting applications.

Crystic® FR1166 PAK is a filled, orthophtalic, pre accelerated, low styrene content and thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin. It has to be used when excellent low smoke and fire resistant laminates are required. Crystic PD1166 PAK is halogen free and does not contain heavy metals.

espol™ 12.01 is a pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is a general-purpose resin that has been specifically designed for non-critical and industrial applications. espol™ 17.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has been specifically formulated for rooflite applications and offers excellent light transmittance and weather resistance. Additionally, it provides excellent mechanical strength and rigidity, as well as long-term durability. This resin is commonly used in the production of greenhouses, translucent roofing, domes, and architectural panels.

Crystic® Spray Gelcoat Stonecast 95PA is a pre-accelerated Gelcoat based on a high clarity, low color isophthalic/neopentyl glycol resin. It has been specially formulated to accept poly stone colored chips and be able to be spray applied by the different dry and wet spray methods available.

Crestamould® T29 Extrudable is a modified polyester compound designed for the milling of large plugs or production molds with CNC multiple axis machines. This material combines unique qualities and it can be extruded up to a thickness of approx. 15mm (0.6”). It provides a homogenous substrate that prevents print from the underlying structure.

espol™ 12.10 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has been specifically formulated for non-critical and general-purpose applications. This resin is formulated as an extra-clear grade, providing excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, and long-term durability. It is designed for hand lamination, spray-up, RTM, and casting applications.

Crystic® Primecoat is a high build, polyester coating material which allows the rapid surfacing of patterns constructed from wood, MDF, GRP etc. It can be applied wet-on-wet up to a thickness of 1.5mm in one operation without sagging or draining from vertical surfaces. The material hardens rapidly and when cured can be easily sanded to a very smooth finish which can be polished to a surface glossy enough for many applications.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 471PALV is a pre-accelerated, low-viscosity polyester resin with rapid hardening characteristics. It has an 8-minute gel time, Lloyds approval, and is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

espol™ 12.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is a general-purpose resin that has been specifically designed for non-critical and industrial applications. However, it is not suitable for boat construction, chemical resistance, or moldings in contact with food products.

Low Styrene Crystic® Ecogel S4PA is a lower cost option, suitable for industrial applications (not Marine) where users are looking for an industrial option with low styrene content (23% styrene content). It is a high performance isophthalic gelcoat. This gelcoat is pre-accelerated and formulated for spray application.

Crystic® Orthophthalic Topcoat 407PA White is a pre-accelerated Flowcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. This product is pigmented using a highly UV resistant grade of titanium dioxide. It has been formulated for brush application.

Crystic® Fireguard Gelcoat 72PAX is a new technology, spray fire retardant topcoat which is halogen free. It has low surface spread of flame compared to competitive standard technology fire retardant topcoats. This pre-accelerated filled spray topcoat can be used both internally and externally for building, transport and general industrial work.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. Crystic® Laminating Resin 4252.4 TEPA V01 is an orthophtalic, pre-accelerated, low styrene emission (LSE), thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin. This product can be used for spray application or for contact molding when fast mold turn-around or thick laminates are required. It is an incredibly versatile laminating resin, and its excellent mechanical properties make it ideal for bonding on acrylic sheets for sanitary use.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.446PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, spray viscosity, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin's rapid wet-out, low exotherm, and fast hardening characteristics make it ideal for rapid mold turnaround. It has a 26-minute gel time, Lloyd's approval, and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. A low-viscosity version of this product is also available.

Crystic® Isophthalic Spray Gelcoat GT-1000 is a gelcoat range providing a fast, precise service producing high quality gelcoats for you. Recommended for use in all markets including marine, land transport and building applications. It is also suitable for general molding requirements.

Crystic® Isophthalic Spray Gelcoat GT-900 is a high performance isophthalic gelcoat, filled, pre-accelerated and formulated for spray application. It has been developed to have excellent intrinsic water and weather resistance. The viscosity profile ensures even coverage with minimal drainage and low film porosity. This product is recommended for use in the marine, building and transport industries. It is also suitable for general molding requirements.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 1124PA is an orthophthalic, low-viscosity, unsaturated polyester resin. It is supplied as a solution dissolved in monomeric styrene. This product is pre-accelerated to give a sufficient pot life for contact molding using Andonox® KP9 at normal ambient temperatures. It has been formulated to give a rapid cure time while retaining a usable pot life and a normal peak exotherm temperature. For an extra-rapid cure, the use of acetoacetonyl peroxide (Andonox® PD40) is recommended.

espol™ 12.20 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic clear polyester resin formulated with medium reactivity for specialized casting processes. It has been specifically designed for casting and cold press molding applications associated with quartz agglomerated blocks and sheets. End products made using espol™ 12.20 have excellent strength, rigidity, water resistance, and long-term durability.

espol™ 12.23 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It is a general-purpose resin specifically designed for non-critical and general-purpose applications. It is thixotropic by nature and has anti-sagging properties. It is designed for hand laminating, spray-up, and casting applications.
