ROHACELL® A is a closed-cell rigid foam crafted from polymethacrylimide (PMI) chemistry. Notably, it is entirely devoid of CFCs, aligning with environmental considerations. Engineered with precision, ROHACELL® A foam is tailored to meet the rigorous standards of the aerospace industry. It offers versatility in aerospace applications, supporting both prepreg processing and vacuum infusion across various pressure and temperature ranges.

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is considered the world market leader in the production of classic glass-mat-reinforced thermoplastics (GMT). This semi-finished product in panel form was developed primarily as a substitute for metals (steel, aluminum etc.) and its main purchasers can be found in the automotive industry. This is where it is frequently pressed on the industrial scale into complex 3D structural components, although it is also used as panels.

Ecomass® Compound 3602BI54 Nat is a filled polyethylene (MDPE) compound that is used in various applications. The compound is processed through extrusion, making it suitable for manufacturing purposes. It is available in the form of pellets, allowing for easy handling and integration into different production processes.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 415 is primarily designed for paper lamination but can also be used to impregnate cloth, synthetic, or glass fibers. It serves as a water-resistant thermosetting binder and in compression wood flour molding to make school furniture. Additionally, this resin has been used successfully as a plaster modifier to increase strength and environmental resistance.

Ecomass® compound 3608TU96 is a tungsten powder-filled polyethylene compound that is recommended to be used in weighting, balancing and radiation shielding applications. This injection and compression molding grade is known for its high specific gravity and rigidity. Additionally, it is a nontoxic thermoplastic lead substitute.

LRBG Chemicals USA MF 812 is a spray-dried melamine resin powder designed as a binder for granulated wood and wood flour to produce high-flow molding composites. This resin is light-colored, and it demonstrates excellent resistance to color change upon UV exposure.

The OS-6 series are nylon 6 thermoplastic organosheets that contain woven fabrics as heavy as 2,500 g/m2. The composite sheets characterized by high strength and stiffness."

Cuyahoga Plastics AB5000 is a UV resistant, flame retardant, glass-reinforced polyester thermoset suitable for outdoor applications. Compression, transfer, and injection molding grades are available. It is currently supplied in bulk form, cut preforms, and box length extrusions.

Plenco® 08122 is a general purpose polyester bulk molding compound that is characterized by adding utility to a number of applications. Because of its combination of high heat resistance, good electrical properties, flame resistance and strength. Customers have found this material useful in such applications as iron skirts and other small appliance housings, coil bobbins, and electric motor components such as brush holders. It is available in either bulk or extruded form and is currently available in natural. Other colors are available upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Plenco® 04300 is a heat resistant, mineral filled phenolic molding compound offering optimum cure characteristics and excellent dimensional stability. Customers have found this material useful for wiring devices and electrical control applications. UL recognized under component file E40654. 04300 is available in black. 04300 was qualified under military specification MIL-M-14 (superseded by ASTM D-5948) TYPE CFG and batches can, if requested and paid for, be tested for certification to the standard.

Plenco® 03554 is an organic reinforced phenolic molding compound modified with PTFE to offer improved coefficient of friction values. 03554 is available in black. It is UL listed. 03554 is a re-number of 06554 formulation.

Cuyahoga Plastics EB7000-1 is A U.L recognized, flame retardant, mineral-filled, glass fiber reinforced polyester thermoset molding compound suitable for compression, transfer, and injection molding. It is currently supplied in bulk form.

Plenco® 03356 is a mineral filled phenolic molding compound offering excellent arc resistance, comparative tracking, and flame resistant properties. UL recognized under component file E40654. 03356 is available in black.

Plenco® 02311 is a versatile general purpose organic filled phenolic molding compound offering excellent mold processability and optimized cure cycles. Plenco® 02311 is also granulated to provide improved pourability characteristics for cold powder compression molding. UL recognized under component file E40654. 02311 is available in black color.

Plenco® 07579 is a fast curing, woodflour filled, novolac phenolic molding compound, formulated for industrial applications that do not require a smooth finish. UL recognized under component file E40654. 07579 is available in black.

CoreLite PET is a cost-effective, closed-cell PET foam specially formulated to provide high mechanical properties. It is a 100% recyclable polymer foam with excellent performance. Engineered to meet the physical demands needed in high performance applications, including carrying static and dynamic loads. CoreLite PET can be used as a replacement for PVC and Honeycomb. It possesses excellent laminate-to-core bonding adhesion.

Plenco® 05350 is a mineral and graphite filled phenolic molding compound. Customers have found this material useful for seal applications. Plenco® 05350 offers excellent dimensional stability, lubricity, and low abrasion properties. 05350 is available in gray. 05350 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.

Plenco® 02300 is a general purpose organic filled molding compound formulated to offer excellent processability while maintaining mechanical strength values. UL recognized under component file E40654. 02300 is available in black, brown, red, or green.

Plenco® 01501 is a general purpose, mineral filled granular polyester molding compound, offering excellent arc and track resistance properties, low post shrinkage, and improved mechanical strength values. UL recognized under component file E40654. 01501 is available in tan color.

Plenco® 08218 is an 18% glass-filled polyester bulk molding compound characterized as an electrical grade, but has many outstanding properties that make it suitable for a broad range of applications because of its excellent electrical resistance and mechanical strength. Customers have found this material useful for commercial/industrial heavy duty electrical parts, enclosures for power distribution equipment, fuse holders, circuit breaker cases, electric motor housings and components. It is available in bulk or extruded form and colors upon request. It is UL recognized under file E40654.

Customers have found this material useful for bearing seals. 05118 provides for a low coefficient of friction, abrasion resistance, minimal water absorption, and excellent dimensional stability under severe exposure. 05118 is available in gray. 05118 is not recommended for electrical insulating applications.
