HALOX® CW-491 is a white, non-refractive, heavy metal-free pigment used as a corrosion inhibitor in protective coating systems. It is versatile and can be used with a variety of solvent and waterborne resin systems. The recommended loading levels for HALOX® CW-491 vary depending on the type of system used. For waterborne systems, the recommended loading levels range from 5–8% based on the total formula weight, while for solventborne systems, the recommended loading levels range from 7–12% based on the total formula weight.

Dragonox® 1010 provides long-term thermal stability to the polymer at 500 ~ 1000ppm. The optimum level has to be determined based on the specific application. Concentrations up to several percent may be used, depending on the substrate and the requirements of the end application. In polyolefins, the concentration levels range between 0.05% and 0.4% depending on the substrate, processing conditions, and long-term thermal stability requirements. In hot melt adhesives, the concentration levels range between 0.2% and 1%. In synthetic tackifier resins, the concentration ranges between 0.1% and 0.5%.

Dragonox® 1076 is a phenolic primary antioxidant used for processing and long-term thermal stabilization. This product has good heat resistance and water extraction performance. It can be applied to polyolefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polybutene-1, as well as to other polymers, such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives, and other organic substrates.

HALOX® RC-980 is an organic additive designed to convert red rust to black iron oxide. It can be used in slightly acidic waterborne vinyl or PVDC binders applied to rusted steel substrates.
