Product Features
  • Leucophor® AL liquid is a highly substantive disulphonated stilbene brightener which exhibits very good build up even at the lowest concentrations. It is especially suited for the stock application to neutrally sized, filled, paper and board and unsized tissue papers. Leucophor® AL liquid is also recommended for use in coatings which contain casein as a secondary binder and can also be used in CMC and PVOH coatings.
  • Leucophor® AL liquid is readily dilutable with water in all proportions and exhibits very good stability to hard and soft water, as well as alkaline conditions. It may be used continuously or batchwise as required and is compatible with most anionic and nonionic products. Compatibility with cationic products is better than tetra or hexasulphonated stilbene brighteners, but may vary and should be determined in preliminary trials.
