These grades are high molecular-weight homopolymers with excellent thermal stability. The processes used to make CD127E do not use ammonium salts of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), making them an environmentally friendly option. They have been developed for paste extrusion into tapes, tubes, pipe liners, and coated wires, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

This ETFE (tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer) has a functional group polymerized directly in to the chain backbone, allowing it to adhere to other materials. This resin is ideal for producing multi-layer structures in a one-step process without the need for surface treatment or a separate adhesive layer. LH-8000 offers the lowest melting point of all the AH series resins, yet with the same desirable properties of other ETFEs, including non-stick, excellent processability, and superior chemical resistance.

These grades are high molecular-weight homopolymers with excellent thermal stability. The processes used to make CD123E do not use ammonium salts of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). They have been developed for paste extrusion into tapes, tubes, pipe liners, and coated wires.

The perfluoro backbone gives the material excellent electrical characteristics, and heat and chemical resistance, while the adhesive functionality facilitates adhesion to other materials in a one-step process, without the need for surface treatment or a separate adhesive layer. Example materials include glass cloth, polyimide, or various metals. This grade is semi-commercialized and may be available upon request. This material is supplied as pellets and packaged in 25kg plastic bags.
