Rheovis® PU 1340 stands as a highly effective high-shear rheology modifier tailored for paints and coatings that require a Newtonian rheology profile. It appears as a milky white to slightly yellowish liquid. The chemical nature involves polyurethane polymer in water/butyldiglycol.

Rheovis® PU 1235 serves as a rheology modifier designed for aqueous paints and coatings, presenting itself in a hazy liquid physical form. Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3786 is a self-crosslinking, aliphatic, water-based polyurethane dispersion designed for use in high-performance concrete and wood floor coatings. LIOPUR 2004-140 is a solvent-free, aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a special polyester. LIOPUR PFL 1284 is an aqueous solvent-free aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a special polyester combination. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films with very good surface hardness after air drying, high flexibility, and elastic properties. These coatings exhibit very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. It has applications in craft and hobby, industrial coatings, architectural coatings, furniture coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

LIOPUR 2004-151 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on polycarbonate. Coatings based on LIOPUR 2004-151 form tack-free, transparent films with good surface hardness after air drying. When combined with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates, this can be used for air-drying water-based two-pack parquet fllor varnishes because of its high abrasion resistance. It has applications in architectural coatings, wood flooring, industrial coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and other printing applications.

LIOPUR PFL 1908 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polycarbonate solvent. After air-drying, film coatings based on Liopur PFL1908 and more than 15% butylglycole form transparent films that are tack-free and display good surface resistance, high flexibility, and elasticity. LIOPUR PFL 1908 is showing a good wet and dry appearance on wood. It has applications in industrial coatings, wood flooring, furniture coatings, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

LIOPUR PFL 1154 is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on a polyester/polycarbonate combination. After air-drying, film coatings based on this one are transparent films that are tack-free and exhibit good surface hardness. It has applications in furniture coatings, architectural coatings, wood coatings and finishes, and industrial coatings.

LIOPUR PFL 3046 is an aqueous aliphatic polyurethane dispersion based on an oleochemical polyester that is surfactant- and TEA-free. It does not need any co-solvents for film formation. Coatings based on this product form tack-free, transparent films with medium surface hardness after air drying with good flexibility. It also exhibits very good water resistance and good ethanol resistance. It has applications in furniture coatings, wood coatings and finishes, architectural coatings, metal coatings, and also in other consumer applications.

LIOPUR PFL 2392 is an aqueous, aliphatic modified polyurethane dispersion based on polyester that is solvent- and triethylamin-free and free of surfactants. After air-drying, film coatings based on LIOPUR PFL 2392 form transparent films that are tack-free and display a good surface resistance of approximately 50 sec. Pendulum hardness after König. Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4675 is a hard, co-solvent-free, aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic, and wood. This grade can be used as supplied or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip, or rotogravure applications. It can be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-rolling or similar methods.

AFCONA 4201 is a polyurethane dispersant that has been developed using an innovative concept, which is based on a newly developed intermediate monomer and anchoring groups. It has a high molecular weight and is capable of deflocculating all types of pigments. It is a modified polyurethane polymer.

AFCONA 4010 is a polymeric dispersant used mainly for inorganic pigments and certain organic pigments. It is principally developed for stabilizing inorganic pigments such as TiO2, iron oxides, and matting agents. It can be used in almost all solvent-based coating systems, because AFCONA 4010 has very good compatibility with almost all resins used in coatings.

AFCONA 4067 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4067 is a BTX-free version of a high molecular weight dispersing agent. This dispersant is very effective for inorganic pigments, organic pigments and carbon black dispersion preparation. Its very effective 3-dimensional steric hindrance offers good stability for all pigments. This is a very good dispersant for organic red, yellow and violet pigments.

Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2107 DMM is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. AFCONA 4050 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all type of pigments. AFCONA 4050 is an effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. AFCONA 4016 is a polymeric dispersant mainly used for inorganic pigments and certain organic pigments. AFCONA 4016 is a polymeric dispersant developed principally for stabilizing inorganic pigments such as TiO2, iron oxides, and matting agents. It may also stabilize organic pigments; its performance is better than AFCONA 4010 or AFCONA 4009 for organic pigments and carbon black.
