This all-natural, White Barrel Aged Balsamic Condimento is made for us by one of the most renowned makers of Balsamic Vinegars in Italy. It is made in Modena, Italy using traditional methods. First quality grape must, which is obtained from whole pressed grapes from locally grown late-harvested varietals, particularly Trebbiano and Lambrusco, is reduced by roughly half and left to ferment naturally for up to three weeks. The resulting concentrated grape must is then blended with a small amount of premium aged white wine vinegar to balance the acidity and matured and further concentrated for a minimum of 18 months in Slavonia Oak casks.The resulting White Balsamic Condimento is a clear color which is popular for dishes where the dark color of a red balsamic is not desired. It has a velvety texture and a slight fruity sweetness, balanced 4.5% acidity and mellow oak undertones.Our White Barrel Aged Balsamic Condimento should not be used as an ingredient when cooking, as heat might affect the balance of sweet and sour and cause bitterness. PROGILINE® FI 50100 Foam Inhibitor is a 100% active polyalkylene glycol foam inhibitor. The product is designed specifically for the defoaming and suppression of foam in sugar beet processing applications. Progiline FI 50100 is effective in various stages of the process, including diffusion, liming and carbonation. PROGILINE® FI 50100 may be dosed directly into the system, typically at concentrations of 5-20 ppm, but alternatively may be formulated with other components such as fatty acids or water to create lower cost formulations of lower viscosity, which enables easier dosing into systems. Formulations with water and fatty acid typically require only simple agitation prior to use. Progiline FI 50100 is extremely efficiently dispersed and is suitable for application in a wide range of diffusion systems.

First quality grape must, which is obtained from whole pressed grapes from locally grown late-harvested varietals, particularly Trebbiano and Lambrusco, is reduced by roughly half and left to ferment naturally for up to three weeks. The resulting concentrated grape must is then blended with a small amount of premium aged wine vinegar to balance the acidity and matured and further concentrated for a minimum of 18 months in Slavonia Oak casks.Natural Garlic & Cilantro flavoring is then added to the resulting Balsamic Condimento which has a glossy and viscous dark brown color, with beautiful orange reflections.
