MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/6 UV GY1380-05MCO is a gray, metallic, flow line optimized, and UV stabilized polypropylene homopolymer. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 80-100°C for 2-4 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-100°C for 2-3 hours, depending on moisture content. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 200-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C are recommended. Typical applications include housings for household goods. To ensure the best performance, it should be kept dry and protected from light, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HM PA6 1000 SB1038-21 is a pre-dried polyamide 6 with a hygienic filler/additive system, colored black, with antibacterial properties according to ISO 22196. It is designed for automotive, personal care, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications, and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C. Typical applications include sanitary articles, hygiene products, domestic appliances, functional components, housings, handles, fittings, and clothing/fasteners.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC+ASA 1000/506 is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate Blend that has been processing stabilized and contains recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as sockets, plugs/connectors, and various others. Pre-drying conditions should be followed as in an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 3-6 hours, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-4 hours. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 250-290°C, and the mold temperature should be 60-100°C. This product should be stored in a cool, dark place to protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/739 AS is a base polymer acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer with special features of antistatic, easy release (demolding), and injection molding grade. It is suitable for market segments such as electrical and electronic and application areas such as domestic appliances and injection molded parts, and is commonly used for vacuum cleaners and their housings. To ensure its optimal performance, it should be protected from light and stored at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. For successful processing, injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C.
