Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3528 is a Dar-Tech Hauthane polyurethane dispersion that provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings. The product has excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. It may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. It is primarily used in architectural coatings, consumer electronics, industrial maintenance, rigid and flexible PVC coatings, and wood floor coatings.

Highly Conductive Silver Coating for EMI Shielding Semiconductor Packages 842UR is a 1-part, heat-cured, silver polyurethane coating. It is a smooth, flexible coating that provides excellent electrical conductivity at a low film thickness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures, provides exceptional adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, and provides excellent environmental stability. 842UR is designed for large volume board-level or package-level EMI shielding applications. It can replace traditional metal lid, which reduces cost, board thickness, and mass.

High Temperature Rigid Urethane 8820 is a black, tough, high temperature, two-part polyurethane potting compound. It has a low mixed viscosity and properties similar to epoxy compounds, but with exceptional low temperature stability. As well, it adheres strongly to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. 8820 offers exceptional physical protection, a high continuous operating temperature, and superior protection from acids, bases, and many organic solvents.

8810 urethane resin is a black, tough, 2-part potting compound. It features a low mixed viscosity and excellent moisture resistance. In addition, this rigid urethane potting compound adheres strongly to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. This 2-part polyurethane resin offers exceptional physical protection and is designed for potting and encapsulating intricate electronic components and cable jointing boxes.

Black Flexible Urethane 8800 is a black, 2-part, flexible polyurethane resin. It has a low mixed viscosity and maintains excellent flexibility at low temperatures. In addition, this flexible urethane adheres strongly to a wide variety of substrates, including metals, composites, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. It is a cost-effective flexible potting option that provides exceptional physical protection and creates minimum stress on circuit boards and surface-mounted devices. It offers superior moisture resistance and is an ideal choice for harsh environments, especially saltwater exposure and marine applications.

UB-907FL is a two-component, industrial grade polyurethane adhesive system. Once cured, it forms a highly flexible bond line which provides peel and shear strength. It is deal for bonding a variety of metals, as well as plastics, glass, wood, and more. Can also be used for potting and encapsulating strain and heat sensitive electronic components.

ECP 574/JSF181/4125 Permanently Conductive Clear Flexible Polyurethane Graphene Paint.

ECP 536 Highly Conductive Flexible Polyurethane Coating. ECP 536 conductive flexible polyurethane is for use in applications where a highly conductive, anti-static surface is required on a flexible surface eg, P.U. elastomer, PVC, rubber variants, fabrics, leather etc.

HumiSeal® 1A20 is a single component, chemically resistant, fast curing polyurethane conformal coating. HumiSeal® 1A20 fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection. HumiSeal® 1A20 coating is MIL-I-46058C qualified, IPC-CC830 and RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant and recognized under UL File Number E105698.

Chemline Z-8050 is a clear, rigid, light and weather stable polyurethane compound.

MU-209A Its functions are flexible, low stress, stress release, and shock absorption.

Polytec PU 1000 is a one-component, room- temperature curing, highly flexible with excellent polyurethane-adhesive electrical conductivity. Polytec PU 1000 has been specifically developed for contacting chip modules on dual interface smart cards. It is used in micro electronics, hybrid and electronic applications. Polytec PU 1000 cures at room temperature or accelerated with heat. Polytec PU 1000 stands out due to its high flexibility combined with mechanical strength. It is also suitable for electrical contacting of copper surfaces The material can be applied by dispensing, jet-dispensing or manually.

2K550 flame-retardant abrasion resistant conformal coating is a solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the protection and properties of an encapsulation resin, while keeping the ease of application of a conformal coating. 2K550 is formulated for application using specially designed applicators from both PVA (VPX-2KS) and Nordson Asymtek (Latest in the AM Range) selective coating machines. 2K550 is applied more thickly than the average coating (150-350μm) providing excellent edge coverage over component leads and packages, while its extreme flexibility prevents cracking during thermal shock testing.

MU-642B is a non-yellowish, highly transparent material.

GS Polymers GSP 1502T-2 is a flame-retardant, thermally-conductive, flexible polyurethane potting system. The Part A and Part B components have a low mixed-viscosity that allows for good flow and substrate wetting during application.

MU-107A It has the following properties: flexibility, low stress, moisture resistance, stress release, and shock absorption.

GS Polymers GSP 1603-5 is a two-part polyurethane compound used for electrical potting encapsulation.

Electrolube 2K850 UV cure conformal coating is the latest addition to the 2K range of solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coatings. Using an innovative technology to combine the 2K technology with a UV cure mechanism 2K850 utilizes a faster processing time while still offering superb levels of protection. In addition to the UV cure, 2K850 has a consistent and reliable secondary chemical cure, even in shadow areas. In comparison to other single part UV conformal coatings, 2K850 is extremely efficient with a tack-free touch dry time of just a few minutes, and a full cure of just 24 hours, compared to the industry moisture cure average of about 8-14+ days, or requiring an additional thermal process of 1 hour curing at 120°C.

GS Polymers GSP 1573-1 is a two-part, general purpose polyurethane potting system. The low viscosity A and B components readily mix into an easily pourable potting resin.

Yincae® UVC 88F is a conformal coating. It is a silver filled, one part epoxy conductive coating for glass and plastic surfaces. It features highly fluorescing, one part, 100% solid, dual cure acrylate polyurethane conformal coatings. They provide excellent chemical resistance, surface hardness, flexibility, and moisture resistance. After cure, these products provide excellent protection for all surfaces against dust, chemicals and harsh environmental factors. They also increase their biocompatibility and ability to retain relatively brilliant fluorescence, allowing coating inspection under UV light. The cure of shadow areas can be accomplished using a secondary heat cure.

POLYURETHANE POWDER is a ideal coating for very smooth finish at relatively low film thickness. Polyurethanes offer great resistance to weathering and UV exposure. Not recommended for applications involving heavy film builds due to declining mechanical properties.

Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-472C Urethane Coating is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating that be applied by brush, spray or dip methods. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thin-film applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-472C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.

2K300 high temperature conformal coating is a highly elastic, solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the best protection and properties of a resin, while keeping the ease of application and cost effectivness of a conformal coating. Applied more thickly than the average coating, it provides excellent edge coverage, even in tight spaces while its extreme flexibility offers protection even around delicate components.

GS Polymers GSP 1603-6DS is a version of GSP 1603-5 that has been modified to allow packaging in a side-by-side (sbs) cartridge.

MU-303A it Functions Humidity Resistant.

HumiSeal® 1A33 is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. HumiSeal® 1A33 contains no free isocyanates and fluoresces under UV light for inspection purposes. HumiSeal® 1A33 coating is MIL-I-46058C qualified, IPC-CC-830B and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EC compliant and recognized under UL File Number E105698.

Chemline X-7377 is a clear polyurethane compound.

HumiSeal® 1A27 LTX is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. It is specially formulated with reduced xylene and toluene concentration to be fully compliant with GB30981-2020*. HumiSeal® 1A27 LTX contains no free isocyanates.

Diamond Tapes™ Polyurethane (PU) Foam Tape is coated with a medium strength acrylic adhesive which is scrim reinforced for stability. It is laminated to a silicone release paper liner. The tape has excellent flexibility which is suitable for thermal insulation & duct gasket purpose.

2K500 abrasion reisitant conformal coating is a hard, two-part polyurethane conformal coating system which provides the best protection properties of an encapsulation resin, with the ease of application of a conformal coating. It can be easily applied to provide excellent edge coverage, even areas with difficult geometries, this allows the highest levels of protection even in harsh environments. 2K500 is optically clear and maintains this clarity even after prolonged exposure to UV light making it a good choice to protect LED boards. It is also more abrasion resistant than 2K300 so it more suited to exposed applications.
