NP572 is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC and its Tg is guaranteed to be 180°C or greater. Typical applications include electrical equipment subjected to elevated temperatures. NP572 is certifiable to IEC 60216-3, IEEE STD 98-2002 and ASTM D2304 for Class H insulation in electrical devices. NP572 is also certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

NP630 is a fine machining grade with excellent electrical properties and moisture resistance. It has low cold flow with good dimensional stability.

Delmat® Polyester 68010 GPO-3 is composed of polyester matrix and glass mat reinforcement. it appears in RED RAL 9001 color with UP GM 203 GPO-3 Standards.

P95/P25 consist of an HB flammability rated polyimide resin system suitable for military, commercial or industrial electronic applications requiring superior performance and the utmost in thermal properties. These products utilize a polyimide and thermoplastic blend resin, fully cured without the use of MDA (Methylenedianiline). This results in a polymer with a high Tg without the characteristic difficulties of brittleness and low initial bond strength associated with traditional thermoset polyimides.

IS550H was developed in conjunction with a consortium of industry experts for high power & high voltage applications and PEV & HEV automotive electrification. The resulting solution addresses critical application needs for use in a harsh environment where very demanding, long term thermal reliability performance, extreme thermal cycling and very high voltage CAF & electro-migration resistance is required.

Vetronite® EGS 619 is composed of epoxy matrix and glass fabric reinforcement. it appears in Light green color with EP GC 202 FR-4 Standards.

IS415 is engineered to meet the demands of Lead (Pb) free multilayer printed circuit assembly, deliver CAF resistance with strong IST results and maintain FR-4 processing. IS415 offers good electrical performance, superior chemical and thermal performance and product consistency.

Delmat® 68900 is composed of epoxy modified matrix and glass mat reinforcement. It appears in brownish Color.

TerraGreen® is engineered for such high-performance applications as power amplifier boards for LTE base stations, internet infrastructure and cloud computing. TerraGreen ® features a Dielectric Constant (Dk) that is stable between -55°C and 125°C, up to 20 GHz. TerraGreen® is a lead-free assembly material and is easy to process. This high-performance material utilizes a short-lamination cycle; the product is easy to drill, does not require plasma desmear, and the prepreg shelf life is similar to FR-4 materials. TerraGreen® is suitable for high-layer count, high-speed digital backplanes and is compatible with Isola’s FR-4 materials for hybrid designs. TerraGreen® meets UL 94 V-0 and is halogen free.

The FloLam® PR surfacing film integrates a special release film with the FloLam® surface laminate and therefore includes all the benefits of the FloLam® surface laminate. Additonally, the use of the release film allows a clean and easy removal from the composites without transfer of any residues. The surfacing film also acts as a protective cover to the composite that can be removed by the end user later on.

Acculam™ Phenolkraft Paper X/XX comprised of a phenolic resin binder and a saturating kraft (paper) substrate. It qualifies to NEMA X/XX and MIL-I-24768/11/12.This is a general purpose grade with good mechanical and electrical insulating properties. Its versatility, good machining characteristics and lower cost encourage its applications as switch plates, barriers, terminal strips, washers and other electrical components.

Beijing New Friend Insulation Material F890H_H grade halogen - free is free flame retardant with leakage resistant laminates.

55NT is an epoxy laminate and prepreg system, reinforced with a non-woven aramid substrate. This system combines compatibility with lead-free processing, using a hightemperature epoxy resin, with the low in-plane (x,y) expansion and outstanding dimensional stability of non-woven aramid reinforcement.

Acculam™ Siliglas G7 comprised of a high performance silicone resin and a woven fiberglass substrate. It qualifies to NEMA G-7 and MIL-I-24768/17.This material has high heat resistance, low dissipation factor, and excellent arc resistance. It is flame resistant with low smoke evolution, and meets the needs of Class "H" insulation. It is used in high frequency telecom equipment, transformers and items subjected to high heat.
