SILRES® BS 30 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. In its undiluted form, it provides water and stain repellency to mineral substrates while enhancing their appearance. SILRES® BS 30 is suitable for a wide variety of mineral substrates used in the tile industry, including tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile.

SEMICOSIL® 961 TC A/B is a shear-thinning, easy-dispensing, non-slump, two-part silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It transforms into a soft and tacky rubber with excellent thermal conductivity. Specifically designed as an interface material, SEMICOSIL® 961 TC A/B is ideal for heat sink applications in the electronics industry.

FloorShield HP a high performance industrial flooring surface hardener and protective clear coat. This floor treatment is a micro film forming hybrid inorganic/organic nanolithium coating that hardens and seals concrete floors, producing a very hard, dust repellent, chemical resistant and water tight surface..

CHEM-THANE DCP FLEX primer sealer/finish coatings, pigmented or clear, being self-priming, both decorative and protective, are a new generation of fast-curing, two-component, polyaspartic products for interior or exterior use over properly prepared concrete, metal, mineral substrates, and certain plastics. For application to wood surfaces, contact manufacturer. They have excellent penetration and bond strength to properly prepared surfaces and are UV resistant with flexible properties. They have good splash and chemical-spill-resistant properties involving commercial and household cleaners, pool water treatment products, and hot tires.

Helmibond 6504 is a solvent-free, waterborne, polychloroprene contact adhesive formulated for installation of vinyl and rubber flooring products, moldings and stair treads. Maybe used over properly prepared porous and non-porous surfaces. Helmibond 6504 is designed versatility with excellent tack, high heat resistance and excellent bond strength.

Poly Masonry Sealer M-20 is a high tech, molecular, waterborne penetrating polysiloxane sealer made specifically for Clay Masonry building faces, floors, walks and other structures to protect against damage due to water penetration. Poly Masonry Sealer M-20 provides long lasting protection against efflorescence (alkali salts and lime leaching), staining due to atmospheric carbons, algae, mildew, rust, salts, chloride penetration, corrosion, acid rain, dampness, and other water related damage. Poly Masonry Sealer M-20 will shed or bead water from all clay products. Poly Masonry Sealer M-2O is VOC compliant.

Excel-Coat PC-155 is a two-component, liquid-applied epoxy-polyamine primer with a high solids content. The unique penetrating properties and rapid cure are due to the special blend of polyamine and small amounts of solvent. It has a low viscosity and good adhesion to a variety of substrates.

PS-500 is a premium, solvent-free pressure sensitive adhesive that is specially formulated for the installation of vinyl-backed carpet tile and dimensionally stable vinyl tile and plank. It may be used as a releasable adhesive or a permanent adhesive (if the flooring is installed while the adhesive is still wet a permanent bond will be formed). PS-500 resists plasticizer migration and the development of mold and mildew. PS-500 is non-staining and can easily be applied with a trowel or a roller.

SURFA-SEAL AU is a non-yellowing water-based acrylic urethane sealer for concrete surfaces. It is available in a clear gloss, semi-gloss and low sheen finish. SURFA-SEAL is recommended for all exposed concrete.

HP-105 is a 2 component coating system having antimicrobial properties. This product is odorless and non-flammable. Primer is not required and is slip resistant certified.

Morgan Adhesives Powerflex Gray is a cementitious one pack, flexible, fast setting, rubber based tile adhesive. Powerflex, when cured, exhibits water resistance, high bond strength & superior flexibility. Powerflex installations can usually be grouted after only 3 hours.

ProCoat® Splashdown™ Wood Sealer is a high solids, adhesion promoted, acrylic wood sealer. Splashdown™ self-crosslinks when exposed to oxygen to develop an extremely durable film. It is formulated with eco-friendly premium grade resins. This product exhibits outstanding dry times and adhesion to even the most difficult of substrates. This product may be abraded to a powder and ready for succeeding coats in as little as 1 - 2 hours.

POLYQuik® Aluminum Primer (SB) is an ULTRA-LOW VOC primer that dries quickly to provide excellent spray elastomer adhesion to aluminum surfaces. Aluminum Primer (SB) is easy to apply with a HVLP spray gun to prepared aluminum surface prior to applying a spray elastomer topcoat.

ACCELERA® SATIN FINISH TOPCOAT is a part of the ACCELERA family of fast-track, seamless floor systems. It is a two component proprietary blend of polymers featuring a fast-curing clear, satin finish. It is applied as a final topcoat over a grout coated ACCELERA decorative vinyl chip or quartz broadcast floor systems. It is UV stable and offers excellent chemical resistance.

EP 600 Series is a two component 100% (+/- 1%) solids epoxy colored coating designed for applications where a high build colorfast impact resistant floor is needed.

ChemMasters’ Traz 25-A is a high solids, Low Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.) high performance concrete sealing compound for decorative concrete such as stamped and exposed aggregate. Traz 25-A is formulated with methyl methacrylate polymers that develop high gloss and are more chemically resistant than standard acrylic sealers. Traz 25- A’s film will not yellow under any UV conditions and is extremely durable.

URE-SEAL H2O™ – Gloss has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance with a gloss, mid gloss, or natural finish (Keep in mind that the ‘Gloss’ blend will appear as semi-gloss when applied on brick pavers). The mild odor makes it ideal for interior applications. Ure-Seal H2O will not yellow and will form a very hard protective coating for high traffic areas, counter tops, restaurants, decorative concrete & brick pavers. Ure-Seal H2O can be used over epoxy flooring, garage floors, anywhere that high durability and superior chemical resistance is required

ConoCrete Chemical & Food 115 is a chemically-resistant, 100% solids, aggregate-filled, epoxy floor system. It is ideal for resurfacing old and protecting new concrete floors from chemical and physical abuse. The physical properties of these materials far exceed those of concrete, providing a surface that not only has greater durability, but a chemical-resistant barrier to the substrate.

Super-Tek Products Acrylic Grout Additive is an acrylic additive for enhancing Portland cement grouts for interior or exterior installations of ceramic, porcelain, quarry, marble, pavers and other natural stone tiles on floors and walls. Increases Grout Bond to Tile and Substrate, Improves Color Uniformity and Retention, Enhances Stain Resistance, Improves Freeze-Thaw Stability, Interior & Exterior Use.

SureSeal OTC is a special high solids, modified acrylic concrete floor sealer, containing K7 - an improved rubber copolymer. It is internally catalyzed to penetrate deeply and form a tough film. After application, the thinners evaporate, leaving the copolymers and metallic salts to catalyze together and produce hard, flexible, water, acid and alkali resistant sealer of the highest quality. SureSeal OTC is available in both clear and colors. The pigments used are high quality iron oxides that are both, light-fast and alkali resistant. Finely ground and dispersed anti-settling agents are incorporated to prevent hard settling in the can. SureSeal is unique in that is normally does not require acid etching of the concrete before application. SureSeal OTC is non-skinning.

6516 - Top Line Top Coat is a waterborne topcoat, based on Acrylic and Polyurethane dispersions. WearMax Top Line Topcoat 6516 dries clear and performs with excellent build, hardness, toughness, and stain resistance.

Cipadeck® Paver & Concrete Sealer is a clear solvent based acrylic resin sealer for interlocking pavers and concrete. This sealer is available in gloss and anti-slip finishes that will not yellow on exterior exposure.

INSS0285 Smoke and Acoustic Sealant is a high-performance acrylic based sealant for sealing construction joints and through penetrations in non fire-rated assemblies.

HELMIBOND 6503 is a solvent-free, acrylic adhesive formulated to permanently install luxury vinyl tile and plank flooring, resilient sheet vinyl flooring, rubber tile flooring and rubber sheet flooring and rubber and vinyl stair treads. To insure product stability and reduce joint openings, HELMIBOND 6503 has been formulated to produce a hard set and firm bond line less susceptible to indentation and telegraphing. May be used over properly prepared porous and non-porous surfaces such as concrete, underlayment grade plywood, cementitious based patching compounds and levelers.

Cruspec 6000 2K Water Base Epoxy is an extremely durable, easy to apply epoxy. Excellent abrasion, chemical resistance, & low VOC. Brush, roll, or spray.

Capitol Adhesives VA550 Universal Vinyl Adhesive is an acrylic-based adhesive developed for the installation of most vinyl flooring products. VA550 Universal Vinyl Adhesive acts like a pressure-sensitive adhesive upfront and then the tack disappears and the adhesive becomes hard setting. VA550 Universal Vinyl Adhesive offers the flexibility of installing over porous and semi-porous substrates. SPARTACOTE® Surface Build UV is a high solids, UV resistant, self-leveling epoxy for decorative and protective applications. Ideal for use as a build or topcoat in SPARTACOTE epoxy flooring systems it exhibits excellent durability and wear characteristics combined with high chemical resistance. Provided as a clear epoxy product it can be field pigmented through the use of SPARTACOTE Universal Pigments.
