RTU Adhesive B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone composition curing to a soft silicone adhesive.

DiTech DiFunctional D is a Low viscosity 3.5% silanol fluid. DiTech DiFunctional D Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the DiTech DiFunctional D can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts”the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 35 is a colorless to yellow liquid composed of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)vinylsilane. It is not miscible with water and decomposes when exposed to water or moisture, forming methylethylketoxime. This crosslinker is specifically used as a raw material in the production of oxime-cured RTV-1-silicone rubber compounds.

ELASTOSIL® 7000 N is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as industrial applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® R 416/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.

ELASTOSIL® K760 C is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, excellent tooling characteristics, and very good fire retardant properties for construction, glass, and window building, as well as industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® K760 C cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SILRES® BS 17 is a solventless concentrate that is based on silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically used in water-diluted form for the hydrophobation (waterproofing) of silicate-based mineral construction materials that are produced in plants. WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications such as construction, glass and window building, and industrial use. This one-component, neutral-curing sealant offers outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter undergoes curing and transforms into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® Polymer FD 120 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically used in the compounding of silicone sealants and is suitable for applications in sealants and silicone sealants.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. When incorporated into coatings, SILRES® BS 6042 imparts several beneficial properties. These include long-lasting reduced water absorption, efficient resistance to early rain, and high water vapor permeability. This particular crosslinker is utilized as a special raw material for compounding silicone sealants.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4370/50 is a two-component high consistency silicone rubber designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. It utilizes addition curing and possesses self-bonding properties. This product is well suited for the production of two-component combinations using pressure-free extrusion or co-extrusion techniques.

SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. It exhibits outstanding adhesion and weather resistance, along with a long shelf life. This sealant is specifically designed for construction, glass, and window building applications. WACKER® WN - Weatherseal Neutral (000034072) cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanent and flexible silicone rubber. It also offers excellent tooling characteristics.

ELASTOSIL® 9100 P is a one-part, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with very good adhesion and shelf life for do-it-yourself (DIY) applications. This product cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® 4000 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as industrial applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SILRES® BS 1316 is used undiluted as a water-repellent primer and impregnating agent for normal and reinforced concrete. It is a mixture of isomeric octyltrimethoxysilanes, with isooctyltrimethoxysilane as the main component. SILRES® BS 1316 is specifically recommended as a water-repellent impregnating agent and primer for normal and reinforced concrete in various applications such as bridges, roads, and buildings.

SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. This product offers inherent tack and possesses excellent mechanical damping properties. Furthermore, when used in conjunction with ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, WACKER SilGel® 613 exhibits rapid UV curing at room temperature while maintaining a long pot life.
