Efka® FA 4620 is a low-molecular-weight dispersing agent suitable for use in solvent- and water-based systems. It is very efficient at wetting and dispersing fillers, extenders, and inorganic pigments. In clear, brownish liquid form, Efka® FA 4620 serves as a versatile dispersing agent.

Efka® FA 4600 is an anti-settling agent for non-aqueous coatings, preventing sedimentation and agglomeration of even heavy pigments. is in a colorless to yellowish/reddish liquid form, Efka® FA 4600 is easily applicable and contributes to maintaining the stability of coatings.

Efka® FA 4642 is a liquid dispersant and defoamer belonging to the chemical family of fatty acids. Tailored for end-use applications such as primer, this liquid formulation serves essential functions in dispersing components and mitigating foam-related issues within the specified context.

Efka® FA 4610 is a low-molecular-weight dispersing agent, reducing dispersing time, increasing pigment load, and improving gloss and flow. Is in a transparent, slightly yellowish liquid form, Efka® FA 4610 enhances the efficiency of dispersing agents.

AFCONA 7201 is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. It is a moderately strong defoamer, but is not suitable for unpigmented/clear systems, as it may cause in-can haziness. However, this has a negligible effect on final gloss and will not influence other properties of the system.

AFCONA 3280 is a special modified polysiloxane that is soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, but insoluble in water. It offers slip, defoaming, and improvement of surface characteristics without hurting intercoat adhesion. Additionally, it offers better hot water resistance than other polyether modified polysiloxanes.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

AFCONA 2020 is a very strong defoamer suitable for most solvent-based coatings, printing inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It eliminates foam and blistering, regardless of the source of the air bubbles. However, it is not suitable for transparent, high-gloss clear topcoats.

AFCONA 2035 is a moderate defoamer that minimizes side effects, prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application, and offers good defoaming and compatibility with most resin systems. It is recommended for medium-viscosity applications applied by brush and conventional spray methods, and is suitable for systems ranging from low to high polarity.

AFCONA 3236 is an additive designed to provide slip and leveling, as well as good defoaming performance. It is an alkyl-modified polysiloxane that offers excellent slip and leveling properties. Unlike other organically modified polysiloxanes, AFCONA 3236 acts as a defoamer and does not stabilize foam in most systems, making it suitable for foam-sensitive applications such as floor coatings and high-build systems.

AFCONA 3700 is a wetting, leveling and flow control agent for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings with excellent anti-crater properties. AFCONA 3700 is a highly fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic polymer. It has very low surface tension and therefore it can substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 2045 is a silicone-based defoamer used to prevent the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application of solvent-based coatings, including polyurethane clear coats. It is effective even in difficult situations such as airless spray, brush, and roller application, and has strong defoaming properties with a very good transparent appearance.

Silicone-free, rapid air release agent for use with a wide variety of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins.

DISPARLON® AQ-7533N is a general purpose defoaming/anti-popping agent based on a blend of vinyl copolymer, surfactant and hydrocarbons for waterborne systems, designed to disperse uniformly in the paint.

DISPARLON® OX-70 is a silicone-free, acrylic surface control additive that provided strong defoaming and leveling properties Particularly effective in high-viscosity paints which require a strong defoaming agent, such as epoxies, floor coatings and multi-component systems.

ADDITOL® VXW 4926 is a silicone-free antifoaming additive specially formulated for water-dilutable paints. Its key attributes include rapid defoaming or air release, facilitating the application of high film thickness in stoving paints without causing cissing. This versatile additive is well-suited for combinations of dispersions with water-dilutable synthetic resins. ADDITOL® XL 6507 is a deaerator/defoamer designed for solvent-borne paint systems. Functioning as both a deaerator and defoamer, it is formulated for applications in solvent-borne coatings and clearcoats. It stands out with labeling claims such as being formaldehyde-free, APEO-free, and tin-free. Widely applicable, it finds use in automotive OEM coatings, marine coatings, and vehicle refinish. Notably, it offers improved degassing performance, with a recommended use level ranging from 0.1% to 1.5% of the total formulation.

ADDITOL® VXW 5907 is a surface-active additive formulated for water-dilutable paints, with a specific emphasis on spray application. It offers notable advantages in stoving paints, significantly reducing the flash-off time before stoving without compromising the integrity of the cured film. DISPARLON® L-1980N is silicone-free acrylic polymer surface control agent for high polarity solventborne systems. Recommended for use in polyester/melamine and urethane coatings and in unsaturated polyester applications for leveling and defoaming properties.

ADDITOL® XL 6531 is a silicone-free solution of defoaming polymers suitable for various applications, including industrial coatings, 2-component acrylic/isocyanate systems, unsaturated technical polyester resins, and gel coats. As a defoamer, it excels in inkjet ink, solventborne coatings, gelcoats, and clearcoats. Noteworthy features include high film thickness, a high popping limit, improved degassing, and low blistering. This product supports labeling claims of being APEO-free, formaldehyde-free, and tin-free, meeting diverse industry requirements.

DISPARLON® L-1983N is a silicone-free acrylic polymer surface control additive for leveling properties in low polarity systems such as epoxy primers and epoxy/acrylic UV cure inks.

At 100% active with a well-balanced surface-active capability, Teraflow® 1000 provides smoother films, allowing the application of thinner coatings, and contributes to substrate wetting, improvement of gloss, and recoat adhesion. Its novel pigment-affinic functionality, allows the formulator to optimize the dispersion of almost all pigments and extenders. It is soluble in ketones such as MEK and MIBK.

Leveling agent for powder coatings Lu'An Jietonda New Material K7572 is a white powder based on an acrylate polymer active ingredient. It is used in powder coatings to significantly improve the melt flow of the system and has excellent leveling properties.

Defoamer and deaerator for water-based coating systems, silicone free. BLISTER FREE 55 has an excellent defoaming effect in all types of water-based alkyd systems, for instance in alkyd emulsions with and without co-solvents. There are also very good defoaming effects in modified alkyds and alkyd/acrylic hybrids.

Teraflow® 5000 contributes to a smooth film in water-based latex systems, urethanes, water-reducible and water-dispersible alkyd and polyester formulations for both air-dry and baking applications. At 40% active, the product offers a well-balanced surface-active functionality that provides an excellent combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic attributes, allowing the formulator to optimize the dispersion of almost all pigments and extenders.

A moderate defoamer with minimum side effects

AGITAN 105 is a special formulated emulsion type defoamer with excellent stability and defoaming properties. The defoamer is easy to emulsify in aqueous systems.

Incozol 2 acts as an effective moisture scavenger in polyurethane coatings. It is used to eliminate moisture from solvents, polyols and prepolymers and also from plasticisers and pigments. It removes residual moisture from the formulation and prevents bubbling and downglossing caused by high moisture levels either on the substrate or from the atmosphere. Incozol 2 is used in one or two component systems but is not generally recommended in one component systems with a low NCO content.

Teraflow® P-1000 is designed to promote the control of orangepeel and other surface defects in powder coatings. It dramatically improves flow and leveling, reduces cratering and pinholes and provides improved pigment dispersion for epoxies, hybrids, TGIC and PRIMID powder coatings systems.

Lu'An Jietonda New Material SA500 is a Slip and Degassing agent for powder coatings.Jietonda® SA500 is a micro wax based slip and degassing agent developed especially for powder coatings, which can be used as a slip promoter or a substitute of benzoin in various coating system.

Defoamer for solvent borne and water-based coating systems, silicone free. BLISTER FREE 75 shows very good defoaming properties in solvent borne: NC-systems and NC-combinations, AC- and epoxy-systems, PU and air drying acrylic systems, BLISTER FREE 75 has very good defoaming effect in water-based coating systems based on the following binders: Long oil alkyds, Medium oil alkyds, Acrylate/medium oil alkyds, Acrylate/long oil alkyds, Epoxides.
