AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® R 805 is a high thickening fumed silica surface treated with OCTMO.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

AEROSIL® R 812 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It can be used for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming agent.

IMSIL® A-10 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

VANSIL® HR-2000 Wollastonite is a high aspect ratio, short needle grade of wollastonite. It is used principally as a mineral filler and reinforcing agent to enhance mechanical strength properties in high build coatings, texture paint, block fillers, joint compounds and adhesives. In high film build coatings, the needle-like shape of VANSIL HR-2000 improves mud crack resistance and sag resistance, while also contributing to peak retention in texture coatings. The naturally high pH of wollastonite helps to buffer latex paints and coatings, which contributes to improved corrosion resistance and weathering. This also extends in-can stability and prolongs the lifetime of the coating. It is recommended that high aspect ratio grades of VANSIL be added late in process to avoid possible damage to the needle structure from high shear mixing.

Dispelair® P 864 is a foam control for the construction industry having the benefits of lower unit cost & used for general purpose.

Dispelair® P 540 is a new low carbon footprint powder foam control agent. Dispelair® P 540 has a much lower carbon footprint than a standard product, but with equal performance in self-leveling compounds.

O Carb T is the controlled sized micronized ground calcium carbonate which is a cost reducing filler. It acts as a rheology modifier, helps to enhance the tensile strength & is used as a toughening agent for varied adhesive, caulks and sealants formulations.

Micron Carb 4010 is a cost effective high bright ground calcium carbonate used in various adhesives and sealants as a whitening agent, and for improving gap-filling properties in the formulation.

AL FS-900 is hydrophilic fumed silica surface treated with dimethyldichlorosilane (DMDS) to make it hydrophobic. Fumed silica’s unique manufacturing process produces a very high purity type of silica with nano size primary particles, a fluffy white powder that is an amorphous and colloidal form of silica. These characteristics impart a wide range of benefits to formulations from thickening and reinforcement to free flow and anti-settling. In addition the treatment imparts added water repellency, corrosion resistance, as well as thickening of complex liquid systems.

Micro Carb 3010 ST is a surface treated calcium carbonate filler for silicon, polyurethane and other neutral sealants where moisture sensitivity is a concern.

NexSil 8 is an alkaline dispersion of 8 nm colloidal silica at 30% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged and have a high specific surface area. The product can be used in a wide variety of applications such as precision investment casting, metal surface treatment, textile treatment, catalyst binder or other applications where a very small particle size colloidal silica is required.

NexSil 6 is an alkaline dispersion of 6 nm colloidal silica at a 16-18% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged and have a high surface area. NexSil 6 can be used in paper, steel, and precision polishing applications where a very small particle size colloidal silica is required.

NexSil 12 is an alkaline dispersion of 12 nm colloidal silica at 30% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged and have a high specific surface area. The product can be used in a wide variety of applications such as precision investment casting, precision polishing, metal surface treatment, textile treatment, catalyst binder or other applications where a very small particle size colloidal silica is required.

NexSil 20 is an alkaline dispersion of 20 nm colloidal silica at 40% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged and have a high specific surface area. The product can be used in a wide variety of applications such as precision investment casting, precision polishing, metal surface treatment, textile treatment, catalyst binder or other applications where a small particle size colloidal silica is required.

NexSil™ 125-40 is an alkaline dispersion of 70 - 90 nm colloidal silica at a 40% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged. The product can be used in paper, steel and precision polishing applications where large particle size colloidal silica is required. NexSil 125-40 is a good choice as an abrasive for Si wafer stock-polish, sapphire wafer polishing and other hard substrate polishing. NexSil 125-40 is also excellent for paper antiskid and other antiblocking applications where the large particle colloidal silica is used. Consult NYACOL® for recommendations on starting conditions.

Aktisil VM 56 is a sillitin Z 86 coated with vinyl silane.

Reinste 206T is Used as a functional filler for polysulphide sealant.

SILFIT Z 91 is a Calcined product based on Sillitin Z 86.

CreaFill Fibers Corp. Creamix and Createch provides industrial fillers capable of meeting all of a manufacturer’s requirements from lower cost functional fibers to very pure specialized powders. Cellulose fibers are not all the same; Some are superior. CreaMix and CreaTech outperforming the rest.

SILLITIN Z 86 has a fine particle size distribution and good color neutrality.
