TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is a highly efficient 70% active antifoam concentrate that is based on modified siloxanes. Its unique formulation and modification of the active material provide excellent efficiency and maximum compatibility, making it a superior product compared to traditional silicone oil-based antifoams. AEROXIDE® Alu C is a fine-particulate, pure aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive to anorganic materials, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

TAGAT® V 20 is a non-ionic emulsifier that is based on POE-20 glycerol oleoricinoleate. It is a low-foaming emulsifier that finds use in a wide range of applications such as metal working fluids, concrete release agents, textile auxiliary formulations, and pulp and paper defoamers. TAGAT® V 20 is derived from natural raw materials, which makes it dermatologically safe and environmentally friendly. It has excellent emulsifying and stabilizing properties, which ensure the formation of finely dispersed and long-lasting stable oil-in-water emulsions. TAGAT® V 20 also enhances the solubility of biocides in mineral oil-based lubricants and improves the lubricating properties of water-mixed fluids. TEGO® Surten W 111 is a non-ionic organic surfactant known for its wetting properties. It operates as a non-foaming surfactant with low foaming characteristics. TEGO® Antifoam 3062 is an emulsion antifoam featuring organo-modified siloxanes, primarily functioning as an anti-foaming agent. Notably compatible, it is suitable for use in the paper and pulp industry, especially in the production of coated paper and paperboard. In addition, it finds application in pressure-sensitive adhesive formulations within the CASE ingredients category.

REWOCOROS® AL 200 is a lauryl polyglycol ether-based phosphoric acid ester. It serves as a multifunctional corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible lubricants, suitable for aluminum alloys and ferrous metals depending on the type of neutralization agent used. When combined with alkali and ammonium salts, it can also function as an extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear (AW) additive, and lubricity improver for water-miscible lubricants, such as metalworking fluids.

TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is an organo-modified siloxane-based antifoam that is designed for foam control in non-aqueous media. It has a high silicone content, which makes it more effective than conventional products in bio-treated diesel fuels. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 reduces foam collapse time and initial foam height, and it maintains its performance even in wet fuel and after storage for over four weeks. It also has excellent water shedding properties and a reduced treat rate compared to conventional antifoams based on polyether siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is compatible with a wide range of diesel additive packages and can be incorporated into low-solvent formulations. It is also stable at low temperatures and can be used with conventional non-polar solvents.

TEGO® Antifoam 2080 is a liquid antifoam formulated with organo-modified siloxanes. It excels in controlling foam within non-aqueous media, primarily finding its application in metalworking fluids. This product functions as an effective anti-foaming agent, contributing to the enhancement of fluid and lubricant solutions in the realm of industrial technology.

TEGO® SML 20 is a liquid emulsifier that is non-ionic and made of polyoxyethylene-(20)-sorbitan monolaurate. It is used as a solubilizer for oils and dyestuffs, as well as a defoamer and antistatic agent in textile formulations. TEGO® SML 20 is compatible with anionic, cationic, and amphoteric surfactants due to its non-ionic nature. It is also biodegradable and has good environmental behavior. When used as a co-emulsifier, it exhibits synergistic effects with other surfactants.

AEROSIL® R 106 is a hydrophobic fumed silica after treated with D4 (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).

AEROSIL® 300 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g.

Moreover, comparative wetting performance tests have demonstrated that DYNOL® 604 Surfactant serves as an excellent alternative to conventional fluorosurfactants and offers a cost-effective solution in place of new fluorosurfactant technology.

AEROSIL® R 974 is hydrophobic fumed silica grades treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recommended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

TEGO® Antifoam 793 is a 100% active defoamer concentrate utilizing polyether-modified siloxanes. It functions as a defoamer primarily in fluids and lubricant applications. Available in liquid form, this product belongs to the chemical family of polyether siloxanes.
