Thixcin® R PC is a non-hygroscopic derivative of castor oil that imparts a high degree of thixotropic thickening in cosmetics mineral, vegetable and silicones oils, as well as low-polarity aliphatic solvents. Thixcin® R PC provides thixotropy and imparts good pay-off in stick products; improves product stability when used in the oil phase of emulsions, and can be used as a binder in pressed powder formulations.

BENTONE GEL ISD V provides thermostable viscosity control of the emulsion's oil phase, improves application properties, enhances skin-feel by masking greasy or tacky components and imparts a pleasant residual silkiness to the skin.

This grade is designed to impart rheological control and suspension to organic- and silicone-based cosmetics. BENTONE GEL VS-5 PC V is a specially prepared dispersion of an organically modified hectorite in a D5 silicone.

BENTONE GEL GTCC V is particularly useful in anhydrous systems, emulsions and can be used in cold process systems. It provides thermostable viscosity control of the emulsion's oil phase, improves application properties, enhances skin-feel by masking greasy or tacky components and imparts a pleasant residual silkiness to the skin.

MEADOWESTOLIDE provides measureable and meaningful consumer benefits. In hair, the estolide improves intra-fiber moisture retention and thereby imparts protection from thermal damage, while restoring the elasticity and reducing the coefficient of friction of the hair cuticle surface to prevent mechanical damage. In skincare systems, MEADOWESTOLIDE helps to adjust the hydration levels of the interstitial spaces and provides significant moisturization benefits. These benefits are often perceived as softer, more pliant tissue. FANCOL CB is Cocoa Butter USP/NF grade. It is a skin conditioning occlusive agent and may be used as a skin protectant in OTC drug products.

ALOXICOLL® type L is a standard antiperspirant active. Its efficacy is due to the precipitation of basic Aluminum Chlorohydrate polymer complexes in the upper part of the sweat glands. These polymers can be measured by HPLC. A typical HPLC trace for ALOXICOLL® L can be seen below, indicating the characteristic polymer distribution from and 1 to band 4.

MICRO-DRY 323 is the most popular aerosol grade of standard Aluminum Chlorohydrate. An impalpable aluminum chlorohydrate with 97% minimum < 45 microns.

CHLORHYDROL 50 is a 50% aqueous solution of standard aluminum chlorohydrate, specially designed for use in aqueous, emulsion, and clear roll-ons as well as aqueous creams and clear gels.

RHEOLUXE 811 is a high efficiency polyurethane thickener developed for use in aqueous systems. RHEOLUXE 811 is readily dispersible in water and water/organic mixtures. It has been especially designed for use in anhydrous formulations, where water is added at point of use. RHEOLUXE 811 is also particularly useful in emulsions and can be used in “cold process” systems. It is a non-ionic thickener, which provides shear thinning viscosity control of the emulsion’s and improves application properties.

FANCOL POLYISO 800-CG is a very stable long chain aliphatic hydrocarbon. It enhances shine and aids in water resistant properties.

FANCORSIL LIM-1 gives the combined properties of the conditioning associated with the Meadowfoam Seed Oil and the properties of silicone in a single molecule. It is water soluble and has excellent conditioning and moisturizing properties in both skin and haircare applications. FANCORSIL LIM-1 can be absorbed into the hair cuticle and help repair damaged hair. It can be used as a shine enhancer in decorative cosmetics and hair care products while also helping to build body to the formulation.

AAZG-531 is a high performance, enhanced efficacy active ingredient intended for use in anhydrous suspension sticks, roll-ons and creams.

BETAFAN-M is a high molecular weight betaine with a significant level of unsaturation. It causes less defatting of the skin than other conventional betaines, which causes less irritation.

FANCOR MEADOWFOAM SEED OIL improves skin moisturization giving a cushion feeling to the skin. It contains long chain fatty acids for skin conditioning and is uniquely stable against oxidation.

RHEOLUXE 880 is a polymeric thickener designed to impart rheological control and film forming benefits in aqueous and emulsion systems. It is a highly efficient rheological modifier for use in formulations with difficult to thicken conditions such as extreme pH or high electrolyte concentration.

BENTONE HYDROCLAY™ 900 is a blend of hectorite and Hydroxyethylcellulose. This combination provides greater electrolyte stability than using the clay alone. The combination provides good thickening with pseudoplastic rheology.

Gilugel® JOB when added to W/O emulsion improves thixotropic behavior, rub-in, extends moisturizing effect and makes excellent skin feel. Perfect for sun protective formulation with higher water resistance required.

REACH 301L is an acid-activated aqueous solution of aluminum sesquichlorohydrate that provides better sweat reduction than standard ACH due to its lower Al:Cl molar ratio. The Al:Cl molar ratio is controlled at the higher end of its allowed range to maintain better skin and fragrance compatibility.

FANCOR LANWAX is used in water in oil systems to provide firmness, emolliency, improved consistency and stability. As such, it finds wide use not only in creams and lotions, but also is most valuable in lip formulations. It will add acceptable tact to hair grooming preparations and will serve as a plasticizer in wax crayons. It is an excellent bodying agent. Low cost replacer or extender for natural waxes.

FANCORSIL LIM-2 is not soluble in water and is easily emulsified with hair and skincare systems to contribute lubricity without greasiness. MEADOWQUAT HG-70 is particularly useful in hair coloring products for color treated hair, enhancing condition and color durability. MEADOWQUAT HG-70 is a mild cationic which provides hair and skin conditioning. It also aids in fragrance retention in personal care applications.

Activated ALOXICOLL® SD100 is an enhanced efficacy antiperspirant active, providing improved sweat reduction over standard Aluminum Chlorohydrate powder, ALOXICOLL® PF40. The increase in efficacy is attributed to an activation step, which causes a change in the polymer distribution. This can be measured by HPLC. A shift of polymers from bands 1 and 2 to band 3 indicates an enhanced sweat reduction.

Bentone Gel® DM5 V is a specially prepared dispersion of a non-animal origin organically modified hectorite clay in dimethicone. Bentone Gel® DM5 V delivers a combination of benefits in a single, easy to use product. It is designed to impart rheological control and suspension to both organic and silicone based cosmetics. It is an easily spreadable, non-oily emollient, which leaves a soft, non-tacky skin feel. Bentone Gel® DM5 V is also particularly useful in emulsions and can be used in "cold process" systems. ULTRA ZAG 88L is a patented high performing solution of aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex glycine comprised of the optimum Zr polymer species and an additive to maintain extended stability over time.
