DeCAL 2170B is a highly efficient surfactant and versatile wetting agent. It is an aqueous/propylene glycol formulation containing the sodium salt of dioctyl sulfosuccinate. DeCAL 2170B can be post-added to a coating formulation to assist in the wetting of substrates with low surface tension, such as plastics and metals.

Pangel M90F is a magnesian bentonite-based rheological additive for easy gelling and dispersing capacity. This activated bentonite product increases stability and viscosity control with very fast dispersion. Boratherm™ GA 6 is submicron ground alumina produced by the calcination of carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). Crys-Talc® 7H-7HC is a high-brightness, ultrafine, micro-lamellar talc that is recommended for nucleation of polymers and for film and thin-gage polymer applications. It significantly increases the crystallization temperature of semicrystalline polymers, including polyolefins, polyamides, and polyesters. Crys-Talc® 7H also enhances the stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability of polymer compounds. The high brightness and micro-crystallinity of the talc ore used make Crys-Talc® 7H ideal for film or thin sheet applications that require optimum optical properties, e.g., high clarity and low haze. Crys-Talc® 7HC is the compacted form of Crys-Talc® 7H and is recommended for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

AFCONA 3581E is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not influence intercoat adhesion. AFCONA 3581E is the 52% effective substance version of AFCONA 3580, an organically modified polysiloxane with very short chain repeatable units of siloxane. These small molecules allow it to move very quickly to an area of defects. This offers very good anti-crater properties without causing intercoat adhesion problems.

AFCONA 6700 is an anti-gel additive for air- drying alkyds and heat-cured coating systems. In air-drying alkyd paints, the ketoxime in AFCONA 6700 forms a protective layer on the surface of the paint to reduce the oxidation caused by oxygen in the air.

It provides excellent foam prevention properties at elevated temperatures and pressures. It is a white powder.

DeCAL ERT 09 is a solvent-free, biodegradable alternative to mineral oil. It retains all the properties of natural rapeseed oil and is readily emulsified by adding water and agitating. DeCAL ERT 09 is also suitable for use as the base oil in many lubricants, including cutting fluids, rolling/metalworking oils, drilling muds, two-stroke oil, greases, wire drawing, and chainsaw lubricants.

AFCONA 7466 is a highly functional polymer containing carboxylic acids, providing excellent anti-settling, anti-floating, and anti-flooding properties. It also effectively stabilizes compounds containing color pigments and extenders, and, when combined with a suitable rheology agent, it can further enhance its anti-settling capabilities.

TYTAN™ CP-317 is a coupling agent that can enhance the dispersion of inorganic fillers in polymer systems such as PP and PE by modifying the surface of filler particles. The content of fillers can therefore be increased, saving on the cost of polymer while maintaining the mechanical property.

AFCONA 7525 is a block polymer with acidic functionality and viscosity-depressing properties. It is recommended for use in unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems and is primarily used as a wetting and dispersing agent in highly filled systems, providing strong viscosity-depressing properties. It has excellent wetting and dispersing properties with pigments and functional fillers such as ATH, resulting in very low viscosity.

DeCAL 1032 is a Prop 65 compliant, high-efficiency modified acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This high molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions. This product improves flow and leveling performance while retaining high thickening efficiency. The use of DeCAL 1032 also provides improved sag resistance and anti-settling and results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.
