Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral that predominantly consists of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The mineral’s platy particle shape and sub-micron particle size make Boratherm™ H5 products an effective rheology modifier in aqueous suspensions and other fluids. Boratherm™ H5 F13.0 is stearic acid surface-treated Boratherm™ H5 to render the surface hydrophobic. To guarantee a consistent product quality for the Boratherm™ H5 grades, the chemical composition of the raw materials, the product particle size of the final products, and the treatment process (in the case of the Boratherm™ H5 F13.0) are closely monitored and kept within a narrow variation.

DeCAL 2155 is a powerful non-aqueous wetting and dispersing agent that can be utilized across a wide variety of industries. DeCAL ERT 09 is a solvent-free, biodegradable alternative to mineral oil. It retains all the properties of natural rapeseed oil and is readily emulsified by adding water and agitating. DeCAL ERT 09 is also suitable for use as the base oil in many lubricants, including cutting fluids, rolling/metalworking oils, drilling muds, two-stroke oil, greases, wire drawing, and chainsaw lubricants.

Pangel B10 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for intermediate-low polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on white spirit type solvents. The dispersion process of Pangel B10 is similar to that of other solid components of the formulation, being necessary to ensure appropriate product wetting and the application of sufficient mechanical energy (shear). Equipment such as cowles, dissolvers, silverson types, colloidal mills, horizontal, vertical, and basket grinding equipment are enough to obtain a good dispersion.
