Crestomer® 1152PA Structural Adhesive provides high performance and is designed for demanding applications. It creates tough bonds with greater movement and allows for significant time, cost, and weight savings. This product has reduced styrene emissions, and it greatly improves cosmetics. It can be used to bond many substrates and has certified approvals from Lloyds, DNV, and RINA.

Crestomer® 1196PA Structural Adhesive is a low-density, high-performance structural core adhesive with good gap-filling properties. This product is based on Scott Bader's innovative urethane acrylate technology and is used in sandwich construction where strong, tough, highly impact-resistant structures are required. Compared to other core bonding methods, this product has reduced print through, reduced weight, and outstanding adhesion. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates. This product has been formulated to bond core materials such as rigid PVC foam and balsa to cured or semi-cured FRP skins. Using Crestomer® 1196PA gives a significantly tougher and more durable structural bond than a polyester resin/glass structure or polyester bonding adhesive. In addition, it provides significant weight savings, reduced styrene emissions, and greatly improved cosmetics with the elimination of core print-through.

Crestomer® 1186PA Structural Adhesive is a multi-purpose structural adhesive with exceptional adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics, and polymeric materials. In addition, it exhibits superior properties for impact resistance and resistance to crack propagation when compared to polyester bonding pastes. This product is pre-accelerated and maintains a high-strength structural bond even when used as a gap filler with non-slumping and low-odor properties. It has been certified by Lloyds.

Crestomer® 1151A Structural Adhesive has Lloyd's approval. This high-performance structural adhesive and filleting compound is specially designed for bulk applications with either a 10:1 catalyst ratio or a 50:1 catalyst ratio. It exhibits non-sagging and fast-gelling properties, enabling the user to work with bonded parts in 2 hours. Compared to other competitive structural adhesives, this product has noticeably less odor and can be used to bond a wide range of substrates with minimal surface preparation.

Crestomer® 1150PA is a two-part, pre-accelerated, highly thixotropic structural adhesive that is based on unsaturated urethane-acrylate in styrene monomer. It is used in many structural composite applications and has excellent adhesion to FRP laminates, core materials, wood, and some metals. This product can be used for bonding diesel tanks, contour joints in FRP components, building up damaged areas, and bonding "green" FRP.

Crestomer® Advantage 30 Structural Adhesive is a white, high-performance structural adhesive offering the same advantages as Crestomer® 1151A but in a more convenient, pre-packed 380ml co-axial cartridge. It is particularly suitable for marine applications and has Lloyd's approval. The opaque white color of the adhesive blends well aesthetically with cosmetically sensitive applications.

Crestomer® 1153PA Structural Adhesive provides high performance and a long open time designed for demanding applications. More suited to large structural uses, it creates tough bonds with greater movement and allows for significant time, cost, and weight savings to be made. This product has reduced styrene emissions and greatly improves cosmetics. It has Lloyds' approval and can be used to bond many substrates.

POLYTHICK 5423A is a one-component type pressure-sensitive adhesive for polypropylene film. This product exhibits moderate adhesive strength and removability. It is applicable as an adhesive sealant for polypropylene bags (used in the packaging of products such as calculators, clocks and clothes) and envelopes.

POLYTHICK 470-S is a one-component type pressure-sensitive adhesive (medium adhesive type). This product is easy to handle due to its low viscosity. Therefore, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, including use as an adhesive with paper and plastic films. Its excellent heat resistance also makes it possible to use under conditions requiring heat resistance, as in automobile interiors.

Hernon ReAct® 730 is a high strength non-flammable structural adhesive. This adhesive provides a resilient and rapid cure at room temperature when used with Hernon® Activator 56 or Activator 59. ReAct® 730 will provide high strength bonds on a variety of metals, ceramics, glass, and some plastics.

Hernon ReAct® 761 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 761 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 761 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. ReAct® 761 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59, Activator 56 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150ºC.

Hernon ReAct® 766 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 766 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 766 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and pee1 resistance. Temperature resistance from –40ºC (-40ºF) to 204ºC (400ºF). ReAct® 766 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150ºC.

F-663‘s’ is an acrylic water-based coating designed to protect polystyrene and expanded polystyrene foams from impact damage as well as improve appearance. F-663‘s’ has excellent chemical, abrasion and impactresistance. With its semi-gloss finish, F-663‘s’ is perfect for logos, letters or any 3-dimensional item used for display purposes. This high performance acrylic is also excellent for outdoor use on polystyrene dock foams, packaging items, decoys and the list goes on. Its very low VOC’s; non- flammable and high solids content make it an Emission Control Coating System, eccs®. Use F-663‘s’ anywhere common paints fail on polystyrene foams and enjoy the long-term benefits of a quality, easy to use water-based coating.

Hernon Fusionbond® 373 is a two component, room temperature curing, 10:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. This adhesive is low halogen and phthalate-free. Fusionbond® 373 forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 373 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, aluminum and some types of fiberglass. Fusionbond373 provides toughness at temperatures from -67 to 250°F.

Hernon Fusionbond® 372 is a two component, room temperature curing, 1:1 ratio, methacrylate adhesive system. Fusionbond® 372 is formulated to provide fixturing strength within 10 to 15 minutes. This adhesive is Halogen free. Fusionbond® 372 forms resilient bonds and maintains its strength over a wide range of temperatures. Fusionbond® 372 is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation. Recommended substrates: PVC, acrylic, ABS, stainless steel, aluminum and some types of fiberglass.

CrownMMA™ Flex Top 8704 is where thermal shock or high heat resistance or UV resistance is required for area such as kitchen, hot/cold wash down or outdoor poor deck or just outdoor coating. The equipment to be used for application are brush & roller.

PERMABOND® TA437 is a single component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites and ceramics. The typical fixture time of TA437 when used with Initiator 41 is 20-30 seconds. The fast fixture time of TA437 makes it an ideal adhesive for high speed production lines. When the use of the activator is not desirable, the material will cure anaerobically in a close-fitting joint / in presence of metal, the fixture time will be 5-10 minutes. This product provides high strength, tough, durable bonds with good impact resistance.

Orgal® P 036V is Acrylic Copolymer.

PERMABOND® TA436 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics and some thermoplastics. Permabond TA436 is a no-mix system which obtains handling strength 1-3 minutes when the adhesive and the Initiator 43 come in contact. Permabond TA436 offers high shear and impact resistant bonds and improved high temperature resistance.

CrownMMA™ Base 8702 is the MMA mid layer/ body coat for broadcasting, slurry or self-leveling application for achieving thin to thicker coat and/or resurfacing of spalled concretes. The equipment to be used for application are brush & roller.

Orgal® P 6820 is Vinyl Acetate-Acrylic Copolymer.

AFA-G is a more viscous / gel like version of the successful AFA acrylic conformal coating. It has been designed to be used alongside the other AFA coatings. AFA-G is intended to be dispensed around the base of connectors to act as a permanent masking material. This masking layer will help prevent the capillary flow of material into the connectors, which can cause loss insulation of tabs and loss of connectivity. In addition, the improved resistance to flow of AFA-G can be used to more clearly define difficult keep-out areas during selective coating. . It can also be used to re-enforce sharp edges of critical components which may otherwise be missed by less viscous materials during the coating process.

Thermaguard™ TIC 180 is a waterbased, single component, Thermal Insulation Coating (TIC), formulated to provide a seamless weather resistant insulation film which can improve energy efficiency, prevent Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) occurring, reduce condensation build up & provide personal protection according to ISO 13732-1. The insulation coating acts as a thermal barrier, protecting interior temperatures against cold, warm & humid weather conditions. Can be easily implemented into an inspection program due to the elimination of external cladding therefore, offering a maintenance friendly insulation coating system.
