TEGO® Antifoam MR 1015 is a highly efficient 70% active antifoam concentrate that is based on modified siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 reduces foam collapse time and initial foam height, and it maintains its performance even in wet fuel and after storage for over four weeks. It also has excellent water shedding properties and a reduced treat rate compared to conventional antifoams based on polyether siloxanes. TEGO® Antifoam MR 507 is compatible with a wide range of diesel additive packages and can be incorporated into low-solvent formulations. It is also stable at low temperatures and can be used with conventional non-polar solvents.

Dynasylan® SIVO 110 stands as a versatile, virtually VOC-free, water-borne sol-gel system. It integrates organofunctional silanes with nanoscale SiO2 particles. This product, available as an opaque to milky, colorless to slightly yellow, low-viscosity liquid, can be diluted in water and common organic solvents. Dynasylan® SIVO 110 features reactive silanol groups and Si-bonded epoxy-based organic functionalities.

Dynasylan® SIVO 160 presents a water-borne, storage-stable silane-based sol-gel system engineered for formulating inorganic surface treatment primers. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® Finish WR 1200 is a reactive aminoethyl-aminopropyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane that imparts a very soft, drapable, and elastic touch to woven and knitted fabrics. It is widely regarded as the best softening agent for PES and other synthetic fibers. In addition to softness, WACKER® Finish WR 1200 also enhances the wash-and-wear properties, crease recovery angle, sewability, tear strength, and abrasion loss of the treated fabrics. These effects are quickly noticeable, even after washing and dry cleaning processes.

SILRES® BS 30 A is a stable, VOC-compliant blend of 100% active siloxanes and silicone resin. It imparts water and stain repellency to substrates while enhancing their appearance. Developed for treating mineral substrates commonly used in the tile industry, such as tumbled marble, limestone, slate, and saltillo clay tile, SILRES® BS 30 A is currently produced in the USA.

After application, the emulsion undergoes hydrolysis, releasing alcohol and converting into a silicone resin.

WACKER® E 10 is a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. This product serves as a universal release agent in rubber processing and is also suitable for formulating paint and plastic conditioners. Additionally, it does not adversely affect the shade or color-fastness properties of colored goods. In formulations for fill fiber finish applications, WACKER® Finish WR 1300 provides excellent slickness and resilience to the fibers.

Wacker Chemie SG 3379 is a polyalkylene oxide modified polydimethylsiloxane with organofunctional groups located in pendant position. These effects remain unaffected even after domestic laundering and dry cleaning processes.

WACKER® E 37 is a nonionic or anionic oil-in-water emulsion that contains a combination of polydimethylsiloxanes and silicone resins as its active ingredient. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. The primary applications of WACKER® E 37 are in the polish and release agent sectors.

WACKER® E35 100 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® IM 11 is a polydimethylsiloxane having carbinol functional groups in α,ω-position. WACKER® IM 11 can be used neat, in a solution, or as an emulsion. Suitable solvents for WACKER® IM 11 are aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters, higher alcohols, and ketones.

WETSOFT® AE 200 is a modified aminofunctional polydimethylsiloxane used for non-yellowing, hydrophilic textile finishing. It is an excellent active ingredient in hydrophilic softeners for finishing all kinds of fibers and textiles. Before mixing with organic softeners, a compatibility test is recommended.
