Naxcat® TSA-95 is the strongest of our organic acids and is the most suitable esterification catalyst for the production of phthalates and other plasticizers. Aromatic sulfonic acids are created by sulfonating aromatic compounds with sulfuric acid, SO3, or oleum. They are similar in strength to mineral acids like sulfuric acid, but they are particularly useful for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid may cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® XSA-90 is a strong, concentrated organic acid that is completely liquid. For ease of handling as compared with TSA-95. Naxcat® XSA-90 will not crystallize at low temperatures, offering acid strength and fluidity. It is comparable in strength to mineral acids such as sulfuric acid, but is especially suitable for organic reactions where an inorganic, mineral acid could cause charring, oxidation, or an unwanted chemical reaction.

Naxcat® 1270 is a diluted version of Naxsoft® 98S in isopropanol. This product is used as a catalyst in polymer and coating applications. It is also used in photographic and printing applications. The product appears as a transparent, dark liquid that is dispersible in water.

Naxcat® P65D is a light-colored product, 65% active in water. It is the mildest of our acid products and is particularly useful in electroplating applications where color is important. It offers an advantage in such applications due to its light color.

Naxchem® DDB-502 is a linear alkylbenzene (C10-C13) sulfonation feedstock used for producing biodegradable surfactants and powder detergents. It is a key additive and building block that can be used in the manufacture of textiles, inks, dyes, plastics, agricultural chemicals, and metal plating.

Naxcat® 326L is a high-purity TSA that is 65% active in water with low sulfones and is designed to replace p-TSA, monohydrate, in many industrial catalysis applications. It is manufactured using a proprietary purification technique and meets quality standards previously attained only by using crystalline p-TSA with low concentrations of iron, sulfur, and hydrocarbons. Combining ease of use with the relatively low cost of liquid mixed isomer TSA solutions, Naxcat® 326L offers direct pumping of catalyst into the reactor without the need to predissolve or preblend the compound, resulting in reduced process time, labor savings, ease of use, and saved clean-up time.

Naxcat® p-TSA97 is the highest-purity sulfonic acid offered by Nease, with a para-isomer content of greater than 97%, making it ideal for applications where high purity is important, such as esterification and fine chemical reactions. It can be used as a "drop-in" replacement in formulations currently utilizing high purity p-TSA.

LRBG Chemicals USA Catalyst I-25 powder is specifically designed for use with their melamine urea powder resin, MU 400. When blended with MU 400, it extends the working pot life and accelerates the set time under heat. This catalyst is ideal for high-frequency gluing applications such as truck trailer flooring, rail decks, and other laminated structures.

Hypertex® Active Catalyst is a silicone-based fluid product employed as a catalyst in two-component applications. Its industrial additives feature heat resistance, ensuring no color changes after curing. With a suitable viscosity for printing, it exhibits both high and low heat resistance. This coating is typically used in 2K (2-component) coatings and textile coatings. Hypertex® Active Catalyst is added to the silicone mixture and mixed to initiate the curing process.

Kemsurf SBE acid is a high active dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid manufactured by SO3 sulphonation. This particular acid is manufactured from a narrow cut straighter chain grade detergent alkylate. As a result of using this grade of alkylate the product is classified as readily biodegradable. Kemsurf SBE acid is an ideal raw material for the production of detergents that can be used in a number of application areas such as liquid dish washing and cleaning solution for both industrial and domestic use. Also the neutralized products offer excellent emulsification properties depending upon the salt produced.

PERCO® CATALYST is a fixed-bed Mercaptan (RSH) conversion process for liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon streams. The PERCO® CATALYST converts light Mercaptans to odorless, non-corrosive disulfides. The process is commercially proven to meet product and pipeline specifications e.g. copper strip test, negative doctor test, or low Mercaptan sulfur (ppm). PERCO® CATALYST offers low pressure-drop, long bed life, simplistic in its design and operates over a broad range of flow rates and temperatures. PERCO® CATALYST is a reliable long-term solution for the reduction of mercaptans.

Zeolyst CBV 100 are standard zeolite powders coming under Zeolite Y category.

PUREti™ HP contains Titanium tetrabutoxide and Tetrahydrofuran (THF) that is used as a catalytic system in ethylene dimerization and for production of 1-butene catalytic system. THF, the modifier, reduces heavy and polymeric compounds.

NACURE® XC-194K is a latent blocked catalyst based on an alkylaromatic sulfonic acid. It is designed to offer improved stability in amino crosslinked primers that employ basic or ion exchange type anti-corrosive pigments.

NACURE® 5528 is an amine blocked Dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (DDBSA) catalyst. NACURE® 5528 provides improved solubility in oxygenated solvents when compared to NACURE® 5225.

K-KAT® XK-618 is a mixed organometallic complex catalyst designed to be an alternative to mercury and tin in urethane cast elastomers. It has excellent compatibility with 1,4-BDO and is recommended for aliphatic systems.

NACURE® 2547 is an amine blocked para-Toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) catalyst that is diluted with water for easier incorporation into aqueous systems.

K-KAT® XK-651 is a high active, versatile Bismuth carboxylate designed for 2K PU, HFO blown foam and silane terminated coatings. K-KAT® XK-651 provides improved hydrolytic stability compared to traditional bismuth carboxylates.

PEL-CAT™ 9540-A is Primary trimerization catalysts for wide range of rigid foams; high rate of trimer formation improves flammability properties and compressive strength. PEL-CAT 9540 & 9540-A are standard 15% K Octoate in diethyleneglycol (DEG).

NACURE® 1419 is a covalently blocked Dinonylnaphthalenesulfonic acid (DNNSA) catalyst. The polymeric moiety remains in the system and is capable of reacting with the crosslinking agent.

NACURE® XC-300 is a covalently blocked catalyst based on an alkylaromatic sulfonic acid. It is designed to offer improved stability in amino crosslinked primers that employ basic or ion exchange type anti-corrosive pigments.

NACURE® SC-25 is an amine neutralized p-TSA catalyst used to increase the cure response of thermoset waterborne and solventborne coatings that contain amino resin crosslinking agents.

NACURE® 1953 is an amine blocked DNNSA catalyst designed for application in higher bake amino crosslinked systems such as coil coatings and metal decorating.

NACURE® 2500 is an amine neutralized p-Toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) catalyst designed for low temperature cure and maximum viscosity stability.

NACURE® 2501 is an amine blocked Toluenesulfonic acid (TSA) catalyst that has been formulated for higher electrical resistivity. Compared to NACURE® 2500, NACURE® 2501 will have improved ketone solubility, and lower conductance and higher electrical resistance.

NACURE® 4054 is a hydrophobic alkyl acid phosphate catalyst supplied at 50% active in isobutanol. It is a weak acid catalyst recommended for use with high -NH/polymeric melamines and phenolic crosslinkers.

Zeolyst CBV 720 are standard zeolite powders coming under Zeolite Y category.

PUREti™ TIC 30 is an acetylacetone free titanium chelate. The phosphate ligand confers increased stability to the titanate compared with the titanium alkoxides. PUREti TIC 30 is used as a printing ink additive to improve adhesion, heat stability and other resistance properties.

NACURE® 155 is a hydrophobic sulfonic acid catalyst based on dinonylnaphthalene disulfonic acid supplied as a 55% concentrate in isobutanol. Its primary use is as a catalyst for promoting the cure of hydroxy, carboxy and amide functional polymers with melamine and urea-formaldehyde crosslinking agents.
