ASCOTRAN® L44 is a ready-to-use liquid, water-soluble corrosion inhibitor designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in contact with neutral-to-alkaline aqueous solutions.

TT 50S (Sodium Tolyltriazole 50%) is a 43% active aqueous solution of methyl 1 H-benzotriazole (tolyltriazole), functioning as a corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloys. TT 50S forms a barrier film on the surface of copper, precipitating copper from solution and thereby providing galvanic corrosion protection for other metals. It finds use in various applications, including circulating cooling systems such as cooling towers, air conditioning systems, and cutting and grinding fluids. Additionally, it is applicable in functional fluids, corrosion preventative coatings, and cleaners.

ESTILUBE™ L320 is an ester oil based on natural saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It's applications are that it is recommended to use as metal working lubricants and release agents. 

ESTILUBE™ L400 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids. This has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, good lubricating properties, and very good oxidation stability. This shows excellent performance in minimal lubrication fluids, and it is miscicble with mineral oils and esters.

ESTILUBE™ L360 S is an ester oil based on vegetable fatty acids. It is applied as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. This can replace mineral oil in many industrial lubricant formulations. This can be mixed with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 S is formulated with emulsifiers such as ESTISURF 600 and sodium sulphonates for the development of water-miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L360 is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids. It is recommended for use as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. It is often used as a replacement for mineral oil in industrial lubricant formulations. It can be combined with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 can be combined with ESTISURF 600, ESTISURF CF20, ESTIMOL EMPA1, ESTIMOL EMPA 5, and ESTIMOL EMPA 10 for the development of water miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ L290 is an ester oil based on C16-C18 natural fatty acids. It can be used as a carrier fluid and lubricant additive in water-miscible and other types of industrial lubricants. It can also be combined with ESTILUBE L210 and ESTILUBE L300 in case we need low-temperature fluidity.

ESTILUBE™ P688 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. This has a very high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It forms no carbon residues, even at very high temperatures. It is recommended for use in high-temperature lubricants such as greases and chain lubricants. This is based on saturated fatty acids and has very good oxidation stability. It is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTILUBE™ L210 is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. It has excellent lubricating properties in metal-working fluids. It is recommended for use as a lubricity additive in neat oils or in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical applications are in cutting fluids, thread cutting lubricants, products for deep-drawing, and other metal-forming lubricants. ESTILUBE™ L210 is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTILUBE™ P1600 N is an ester oil based on natural fatty acids and polyols. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and outstanding lubricating and adhesion properties. It is recommended to use it as a lubricative additive in metal-forming lubricants. Also, it can be applied as a viscosity modifier, and it is very effective in even low concentrations.

ESTILUBE™ PTO is based on long-chain unsaturated pentaerythritol and selected mono and di-carboxylic acid and are available in varying viscosity ranges. Again, ‘narrow cut’ fatty acid are selected to obtain a superior product quality. ESTILUBE™ PTO has high-load-carrying properties.

ESTILUBE L300 is a short-chain saturated mono ester with low odor and a low content of residual alcohol. The L-series esters are based on ‘narrow cut’ fatty acids. This means that a superior product quality is obtained with no light boilers or heavy residues. ESTILUBE L300 has good wetting properties and low carbon residue when heated.

BT TMPTO is trimethylpropane trioleate and applied in metalworking Fluids ,Environmentally acceptable lubricants and it is Produced from plant-based materials.

Vector HTS products are biodegradable, viscous, polymer/surfactant mixtures formulated to be used with Aluminum oxide (either PWA type or FO Type) and de-ionized water to form a suspension type lapping slurry. Designed primarily for use in lapping silicon wafers, Vector HTS products fully disperse and suspend abrasive material for extended periods of time with relatively little change in physical or chemical characteristics. Designed for use on all types of lapping plates, the products perform particularly well with serrated or grooved plates. The HTS products differ chemically and physically, resulting in differences in wetting, film strength and viscosity. Some of the variables that effect HTS Product choice include: type of lapping plates, type of pumping system, brand of machine, operating pressure, type of abrasive. The choice of Vector HTS products provides the user with precisely the correct chemistry for achieving optimum results from a lapping process. It is a lapping and polishing additive for semiconductor materials.

Challenge 550-HT was developed for use in "high-speed recirculating" and "high-speed once-through" slurry pumping systems. Utilizing the energy of a high speed circulating pump, standard on most lapping machines, it evenly disperses aluminum oxide, cerium oxide, silicon carbide, boron carbide, and garnet abrasive. It also reduces abrasive usage by eliminating "hard-packing" and waste. It is a recirculating lapping additive for use on ceramics in the optic industry.

TC® 65 is an organic polycarboxylic acid in from of free flowing white granules (65% active ingredient / 35% water)

TC® 85 is an organic polycarboxylic acid in form of free flowing white granules (85% active ingredient/15% water)

TC® 50 is an organic polycarboxylic acid 50% active agent concentration.

Focus Amide 5 is a oil-soluble, water-dispersible alkanolamide.

Challenge 543-HT is a medium viscosity lapping / polishing slurry additive which evenly disperses and suspends a variety of non-suspension-treated abrasives, including aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, along with silicon carbide, boron carbide, synthetic and natural diamond, and garnet. Because of its superior suspension characteristics, Challenge 543-HT reduces the amount of abrasive grain needed by up to 50%, while providing equal, and often greater, stock removal rates. It is particularly effective when using equipment with smaller slurry feed tubes, which constrict flow of high viscosity products. It is a single-pass lapping additive for use on ceramics in the Optic industry.
