MoldWiz® INT-1850HT - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow and line speeds. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. MoldWiz® INT-1866 is a processing aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating.

PEROXAN PO-50 P is tert-Butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate 50%, Powder with chalk.PEROXAN PO-50 P is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

PERGAQUICK A300 is N,N-Diethylaniline 99%, Liquid.PERGAQUICK A300 is used as an accelerator for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with Dibenzoyl peroxide (PEROXAN BP-types).

MoldWiz® INT-PUL24 - A process aid additive designed specifically for pultrusion. The benefit is to optimize line speed while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improves wet out of fiber, fillers and resin flow while reducing viscosity. Physical properties of the profile are retained or improved. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.

PERGASLOW BK-100 is 4-tert.-Butylcatechol 98%, Solid.PERGASLOW BK-100 is used as an inhibitor for increasing pot life and gel time of activated or or preaccelerated unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperatures.

PERGAQUICK A3 S is N,N-Diethylaniline 10%, Solution in styrene.PERGAQUICK A3 S is used as an accelerator for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with Dibenzoyl peroxide (PEROXAN BP-types).

PEROXAN PK295 S1-V is Mixture of 1,1-Di-(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane and tert-Butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate Solution in odorless white spirits.PEROXAN PK295 S1-V is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

PEROXAN BCC is Di-(4-tert-butyl-cyclohexyl)-peroxydicarbonate 95%, Powder.PEROXAN BCC is used for the (co)polymerization of vinylchloride, vinylidenechloride, acrylates and methacrylates.PEROXAN BCC is used for the curing of highly filled methacrylic resins, typically in combination with other peroxides of different reactivity.

PEROXAN MI-60 KPX is Mixture of Methyl isobutyl ketone peroxide and tert-Butyl peroxy benzoate Solution in TXIB.PEROXAN MI-60 KPX is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins as such or in presence of a cobalt accelerator in the temperature range of 60° to 120°C.

MoldWiz® INT-54 - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin or gel coat eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. FRP molds require a surface coating to seal the porosity and maintain the gloss. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating

PEROXAN BCC-Paste 50 A is Di-(4-tert-butyl-cyclohexyl)-peroxydicarbonate 50%, Paste with plasticizer.PEROXAN BCC-Paste 50 A is used for the curing of highly filled methacrylic resins, typically in combination with other peroxides of different reactivity.

Moulex® 352 is internal mold release agent. It also acts as wetting agent.

PERGAQUICK A100 is N,N-Dimethyl-p-toluidine 98.5%, Liquid.PERGAQUICK A100 is used as an accelerator for curing of unsaturated polyester and PMMA resins at ambient temperature in combination with Dibenzoyl peroxide (PEROXAN BP-types).

PERGAQUICK A200 is N,N-Dimethylaniline 99%, Liquid.PERGAQUICK A200 is used as an accelerator for curing of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperature in combination with Dibenzoyl peroxide (PEROXAN BP-types).

AH430 is a Ground ATH is used in BMC, FRP, Pultrusion.

MoldWiz® INT-626A - A process aid additive with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin. Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

MoldWiz® INT-PUL34 - A liquid internal mold release/process aid additive which is incorporated directly into the resin to provide release from the die in pultrusion processing. Will also: improve line speed; reduce pull force; enhance wetting of reinforcements and fillers; and improve the surface appearance of molded profiles. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin or interfere with secondary operations such as printing, painting or bonding of cured parts. May also be used as an internal mold release in other processes that utilize polyester, vinyl ester and hybrid thermoset resin systems.

PERGASLOW PK-100 is 2,6-Di-tert.-butyl-p-kresol 98%, Solid.PERGASLOW PK-100 is used as an inhibitor for increasing gel time of unsaturated polyester resins at ambient temperatures. PERGASLOW PK-100 does not influence cure time.

PEROXAN PB M-20 is tert-Butyl peroxybenzoate 75%, Solution in promotor.PEROXAN PB M-20 is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins.

MoldWiz® INT-1948MCH - A Process Aid Additive designed specifically for pultrusion. When PU catalyst and lubricant addition levels are optimized, the system can offer long open resin bath times at ambient yet very rapid cures within the heated die. Line speeds can be maximized with excellent surface profiles while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improved wet-out of fiber, fillers and resin is evidenced by retained or improved physical properties of the profile.
