PEROXAN PB M-20 is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins in combination with a cobalt accelerator e.g. PERGAQUICK C100 in the temperature range of 60°C and higher. PEROXAN PB M-20 plus a cobalt accelerator can effectively be used as a replacement for PEROXAN PO in those areas where the use of PEROXAN PO is restricted by ist official transport and storage temperature of max. 20°C. Applications areas for the cure system PEROXAN PB M-20 plus a cobalt accelerator can be e.g. artificial marble, polymer concrete, etc. The combination PEROXAN PB M-20 plus a cobalt amine accelerator e.g. PERGAQUICK C24 A is very suitable for the ambient temperature cure of vinylester resins. PEROXAN PB M-20 gives a much faster cure in these resins than the commonly applied PEROXAN ME-50 LA or PEROXAN CU-25 M. Depending on application and working conditions, the following peroxide and when applicable cobalt accelerator dosage levels are recommended: PEROXAN PB M-20: 1,0 to 2,0 phr PERGAQUICK C100: 0,1 to 0,5 phr

- Keep packaging tightly closed in a well ventilated place at indicated storage temperature. Keep away from reducing agents e.g. amines, acids, alkalis, heavy metal compounds (e.g. accelerators, driers, metal soaps). Never weigh out in storage room. Oxidizing agent. Decomposes violently under the influence of heat or by contact with reducing agent. Never mix with accelerators.
