DOWSIL(TM) 7-3100 Gum Blend HIP Emulsion is a High Internal Phase (HIP) emulsion of ultra-high viscosity dimethiconol in cyclopentasiloxane which provides emolliency and superior esthetics in skin care products. This product is water dilutable and can be easily incorporated into the water phase of a skin care formulation. DOWSIL(TM) 5225C Formulation Aid is an emulsifier for the preparation of water-in-volatile silicone formulations. It is supplied as a 12.5% dispersion of active emulsifier in cyclopentasiloxane. DOWSIL(TM) 5225C Formulation Aid product can be used in a wide range of applications including hair care, skin care, sun care, color cosmetics, and antiperspirants & deodorants.

DOWSIL(TM) 7-3101 Elastomer Blend HIP Emulsion is a high-internal-phase emulsion of dimethicone crosspolymer in cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone intended to speed the development of skin care formulations containing these emollients. These emulsions have been prepared using a proprietary process to give a particle size similar to the silicone elastomer gels in the emulsion (average particle size 7 - 10 μ), and have been stabilized with nonionic surfactants to provide maximum compatibility in formulations that contain other surfactants.

This product delivers light to strong conditioning to hair and controlled deposit of actives. It also enables the formulation of clear shampoos with no build-up on hair and avoids volume-down effects and is recommended for shampoos with submicron particle size silicones or those without silicones. DOWSIL(TM) FZ-3196 Fluid is a caprylyl branched trisiloxane that offers a light silky feel, excellent spreadability, and moderate volatility. DOWSIL(TM) FZ-3196 Fluid also has excellent compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, which allows this product to offer a unique set of benefits. It can serve as a co-solubilizer between silicone and hydrocarbon fluids. It can improve the spreadability and reduce the tackiness of vegetable oils.
