DOWSIL(TM) 7-3120 VFAP HIP Emulsion is a concentrated emulsion of dimethicone and trisiloxane which provides emolliency and superior esthetics in skin care products. This product is water dilutable and can be easily incorporated into the water phase of a skin care formulation. DOWSIL 7-3100 Emulsion has been prepared with nonionic surfactants to provide maximum compatibility in formulations that contain other surfactants.
