THINPREG™ GF736 is a toughened epoxy adhesive film, with excellent tack and drape characteristics, supplied on a paper backer either in an unsupported format or with an embedded ultra-lightweight glass carrier to aid handling. GF736 offers many advantages for bonding composite laminates, either to other laminates, or to structural cores, including; consistent bond-line thickness and weight, high strain to failure, high toughness, handling convenience, controlled flow and a 6 week out-life at ambient temperature (18-22ºC/64-72ºF).

ISOVAL® 10 R is made of glass roving fabric using the temperature-resistant ISOVAL® epoxy resin system. This gives the material excellent heat resistance and high compressive strength even at elevated temperatures with low thermal conductivity at the same time. The laminate has a permanent temperature resistance of 180 °C.

V2 Composites V2 T-Biscuits are custom carbon/glass fiber reinforced plastic laminates designed to repairfailed flange-to-flange shear connectors of pre-cast concrete (single & double) Tee beams. Aspecially engineered tri-axial carbon fabric is used to provide high strength, while a proprietarytextured glass fabric is bonded on the exterior face to provide additional toughness as well as arough bonding surface. The constituent resin matrix is a proprietary epoxy with proven ability toprovide strength along with superior chemical resistance, especially to salt and gasoline. Using aproprietary aerospace composite manufacturing technique, the fabric and resin are combined toform a finished composite laminate.
