Divinycell PN is a structural thermoplastic core material perfectly suited in a variety of sandwich applications to increase performance and reduce weight. Divinycell PN is used in industrial, transportation, marine and wind applications. It is easy to machine and has good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for a variety of processes including infusion, prepreg and press bonding. The material has a stable closed cell structure and is insensitive to moisture, decay or rot, making it an excellent substitute for organic materials such as balsa and plywood. High density Divinycell PN (PN200 and PN250) is particularly suited for flooring, decking, local inserts in the way of fittings; either tapped or bolted through and has very good screw retention. Divinycell PN is 100% recyclable.

PREPREG system BD (epoxy resin) are based on modified epoxy resins with high impact strength and excellent dynamic properties. They can be processed into high-strength structural components using all common methods. The hardening range is between 85 ° C and 140 ° C ; the max. heat resistance is 125 ° C . The delivery program with fabric, laid and unidirectional reinforced PREPREGS allows the load-based design of your components.

NORSODYNE® P 44070 L - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Isophthalic. It is used as general purpose in hand lay up and spray up,pultrusion method.

Norsodyne® BN-595Y - excellent pearl dispersion and surface gloss, thin button. Main applications areas are leisure and clothing etc.

NORSODYNE® C 13133 L - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used to produce agglomerated and engineered stones through casting method.

CFP Composites BM-5 is cost comparable to aluminum on a fully finished component basis, but with all the benefits of carbon fiber.

Norsodyne® 3318FR - non-promoted and non-wax. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

ACM C200P is a Unidirectional Woven Fabrics with Standard fabric width of 300 mm and Custom width range of 120—1600 mm having EP/VE Resin compatibility. Unidirectional carbon tapes are carbon fabric with at least 85% of the filaments arranged in the same direction. Thin glass, aramid, or hot melt fibers are used as weft (cross fibers). This structure supports the high tensile strength of the carbon tape and makes it a relevant material in demand for construction and many other applications.

CORAFOAM® U 40 is used as Polyurethane rigid foam PUR. can be cut with almost any type of tool. Its closed cellular structure and absence of fibers or granular structure result in crisp, excellently defined edges after fabrication. It is also impermeable by any type of liquid, including water and solvents, making it much better suited for severe weather conditions or harsh marine environments than many other materials.

Norsodyne® 2625TI - promoted and non-waxed, high cross-linked resin, high hdt, excellent chemical resistance. Main applications areas are automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine etc.

3B Fiberglass CM6060 is a non-wo-ven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder. The CM 6060 & CM 6065 family products contain an insoluble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) Both CM 60606 and CM 6065 mats are characterized by their white color and are ideally suited for pultrusion pro-cesses for wide, long and heavy parts but as well for narrow and complex pro_x005F_x001f_les. The excellent mechanical properties provided by 3B CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the pultruded parts attractive for the electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation industries and infrastruc-tures equipments.

Kayco Composites U20 is a rigid, closed-cell, high-density polyurethane foam core panel. It is a foam with no reinforcement.

3B Fiberglass M 8643 is a non-woven mat made out of E-CR glass filaments, consisting of continuous fibers randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass fiber is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held toge-ther with a suitable binder. The M 8643 products contain an inso-luble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both unfilled or filled unsaturated polyester (UP), vinyl ester (VE), epoxy (EP) and polyurethane (PU) resin systems. The M 8643 emulsion mat is ideally suited for pultrusion processes for wide, long and heavy parts but also for narrow and complex profiles. The excellent mechanical properties provided by 3B CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins (i.e. UP) make the pultruded parts attractive for the electrical apparatus (high voltage), trans-portation industries and infrastructure equipments.

Multiaxial fabric can be carbon, glass, basalt, and hybrid according to the source fibers.

P02 Powder Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an powder binder. P02 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. P02 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Its end-use applications include boats, bath equipment, automotive parts, chemical corrosion resistant pipes, tanks, cooling towers and building components.

Hi-Nicalon™ SiC Fiber is a multi-filament silicon carbide-type fiber manufactured by NGS Advanced Fibers Co., Ltd. (NGS) of Japan. NGS is known worldwide as the leading manufacturer and innovator of multifilament silicon carbide-type fibers. HINICALON™ is manufactured near-oxygen-free using electron-beam curing. The fiber is homogeneously composed of ultra-fine beta-SiC crystallites and carbon. The fiber has excellent strength and modulus properties, and has higher thermal stability than NICALON™.

Gillfab® 1002 is a high temperature laminate made from phenolic resin with fiberglass cloth reinforcement.

Technobasalt® Basalt Rebar ANPB is a rod with continuous spiral ribbing, formed by winding it with a basalt yarn moistened with a high-strength polymer compound. It is a promising composite material with a wide range of applications in construction.Basalt rebar is resistant to corrosion and aggressive chemical compounds, is unusually light and durable. The research results showed that the durability of building structures with basalt reinforcement significantly exceeds the service life of similar structures made of other materials.

Attshield 47 is a novolac epoxy vinyl ester resin that resists corrosion in a wide range of solvent, acidic, and slightly alkaline environments. This tough, high-strength resin is used to make fiberglass-reinforced laminates with high impact strength and resistance to a variety of mechanical stresses. This resin is ideal for filament winding and the production of products that require resistance to harsh environments and temperature changes. This resin has excellent wettability and curing properties as well.

Divinycell PX is based on PET, which makes it to a recyclable, thermoplastic sandwich core material. Divinycell PX provides excellent FST (fire, smoke & toxicity) properties, high temperature performance, very good fatigue properties, good mechanical characteristics and chemical resistance. It also offers excellent acoustic/thermal insulation properties and low water absorption. Divinycell PX is particularly ideal for public transportation and industrial applications. Norsodyne® PT-104 - isophthalic resin for pultrusion. Main applications areas are building and construction, industrial sector etc.

NORSODYNE® F 16207 AEL - Unsaturated polyester resin in styrene,Orthophthalic. It is used as general purpose in filament winding,injection molding,rtm method.

EF 12 is above 240 °C. High Tg EF12 resin system is used to produce structural prepregs. Optimized cure methods for these resin systems are Press and Autoclave molding.

Norsodyne® CMI15100W - modified with mma and UV absorber contained resin for solid surface, good scratch and weathering resistance. Main applications areas are building and construction, industrial sector etc.
