U611 is an advanced para-aramid unidirectional material for softarmor ballistic applications. U611 consists of four plies of unidirectional product, cross-plied in 0°/90°/0°/90° configuration. Our proprietary UD technology aligns the fibers in each layer in a parallel direction. Each layer is individually constructed within a resin matrix. Thermoplastic film is laminated to the top and bottom surfaces for abrasion resistance.

Barrday BarrFlexTM U471 consists of two plies of unidirectional product, cross-plied in 0°/90° configuration. Each layer is individually constructed within a resin matrix. Lightweight, cost competitive and ballistically superior, Barrday’s thermoplastic resin based products can be molded into complex 3D shapes and reshaped using high temperatures. Their excellent ballistics properties make thermoplastics ideal for a wide range of applications including stab resistant materials and composite armors. Ballistic panels made using these resins can be used as either as stand-alone structures or in combination with steel or ceramic in personal or vehicle armor.

SWANCOR 2554 is a hot-melt epoxy resin and does not contain Diuron and volatile ingredients in the formula. Suitable for the rolling process, with good surface adhesion and covering properties.

Phenolic resins are renowned for their excellent high temperature resistance, flame resistance, low smoke generation and low toxicity in fire situations. Phenolics are used in vehicle armor applications that utilize these properties in combination with E-glass and other high performance glass fibers. Phenolics are very rigid, although toughened versions are available with reduced temperature resistance.

RESOLCOAT 7060 is an epoxy clear or pigmented Gelcoat. Which has improved UV resistance, room temperature cure & high gloss and choice of slow and fast hardeners. RESOLCOAT 7060 epoxy gelcoat is specially formulated for the production of structural composites parts or tools requiring high mechanical & abrasion properties and room temperature curing. Two versions are available depending on the pot life needed : 1h45min for large parts or 16min for high production outputs, with a very fast curing time in film for the fast version - closer to a polyester curing time than to a typical epoxy. In both cases, the gelcoat may be ordered in its clear version (mainly for parts) or colored version for tools or parts production.

Enchuan 6120TA is a non-wax type resin. It is similar to 6120TWA, 6120TA also designed for hand lay-up operations to make general FRP products.

SWANCOR 2552 is a solvent-based epoxy resin with low viscosity, and the formula does not contain Diuron and volatile components. With good impregnation with fibers Suitable for drum and continuous drying machine operation

RESOLCOAT 7050 is a Abrasion resistant epoxy gelcoat. which has excellent abrasion resistance and has good fire resistance. This new generation system has a viscosity and a thixotropy suitable for brush application on heated tools

BarrFlexTM U730 has been tested under various conditions including the NIJ 0101.06 Conditioning/Tumbling protocol.

PVB Phenolic resins are a family of thermoset resins that display outstanding structural rigidity, toughness, and adhesive strength. They are used primarily in ballistic helmet and vehicle applications once impregnated into high performance aramid fabrics. These fabrics offer exceptional ballistic performance in vehicle spall liner applications and versus fragmentation threats, as well as excellent structural and thermal properties. Standard configurations conform to MIL-DTL-62474 aramid fabric reinforced laminates for composite armor.

In protective applications they can provide structural support to strengthen and stiffen soft armor structures as well as to reinforce ceramic plates to provide multi-hit resistance to armor piercing rounds.
