Acrodur® DS 3530 is a formaldehyde-free binder for wood fibers, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and cork. It is a clear, slightly yellowish solution of a modified polycarboxylic acid and a polyol as the crosslinking component. This binder is employed independently as a formaldehyde-free binder for wood fibers and bast fibers such as flax, sisal, jute, etc. It can also be used to bond cork chips and finely divided inorganic substances. Acrodur® DS 3530 crosslinks to form a thermoset material.

It presents as a clear, colorless or slightly yellowish aqueous solution comprising a modified polycarboxylic acid with a polyol serving as the crosslinking agent.

The compression resistant hexagonal cell structure and resin flow channels make Aero-Mat ideal as a core material and infusion medium in one. Unlike standard cell honeycomb, Aero-Mat is very flexible and will conform to compound shapes. The pressure resistant cells create thickness in the laminate without the added weight of extra fabric layers. It is ideally suited for reinforcing curved laminations where additional stiffness is needed.

menzolit® CarbonSMC™ 1100 is a sheet molding compound based on vinylester resin, it’s Carbon fiber reinforced. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets. The material is molded in heated steel molds on hydraulic presses. It is highly recommended to work with chrome plated tools. For molding and machining, dust proof electrical circuits have to be used (IP54). The product contains no halogens or heavy metals nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

3B Fiberglass M8610 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane cou-pling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder.The CFM products contain an insolublebinder compatible with both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The M8610 mat is ideally suited for injection molding, RTM and S-RIM processes for molding complex parts. The M8615mat version, with its high rigidity, helps to work with large CFM cuts without loosing _x005F_x001f_bres. The excellent mechanical properties provided by CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation & automo-tive industries and infrastructuresequipments.

3B Fiberglass CM 4020 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers.
