3B Fiberglass CM 4020 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001f_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001f_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder. The CFM products contain an insoluble binder compatible with both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl, ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The CM 4020 mat is ideally suited for injection molding RTM and S-RIM processes. The CM 4020 mat has a high rigidity which helps to work with large CFM cuts without loosing _x005F_x001f_bres. The ex-cellent mechanical properties provided by CM 4020 combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applica-tions like the electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation and automotive industries, infrastructures equipments.

3B Fiberglass CR 2080 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR2080 is silane sized and specifically designed for Sheet Molding Coumpound (SMC) application. SMC Rovings find appli-cations in automotive parts, sectional panel tanks, electrical items.2080 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.

FC-2116 is made of a Plain Weave with a Firm Typical Finish.

3B Fiberglass EM 1011 is a non-woven mat made from 3B E-CR glass filaments, consisting of chopped fibers randomly and yet evenly orien-tated. The 50 mm length chopped fibers are coated with silane coupling agent and are held together using emulsion binder. CSM is particularly suitable for hand lay-up process using thermoset resin systems to manufacture wide range of products for automobile, recreation, chemical, electrical industries.CSM EM1011 conforms to BS 14118 and IS 11551.
