Toray Toray MicroPly™ EM-5A is a 177°C (350°F) cure expanding cyanate ester syntactic film (core splice). Its unexpanded density is approximately 50 pcf (0.80 g/cc) and exhibits an expansion ratio of up to 4x. It is available in continuous film rolls or in sheet form from thicknesses of 10–125 mils (0.25–3.18 mm). MS-4H is an excellent low-cost, high performance molding compound that has been qualified to military and commercial Applicationss. menzolit® BMC 2300 is a bulk molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is injection molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. It does not contain any halogens nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

This product has been specifically formulated at a 2.47 specific gravity. This material comes in pelletized form and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Resinoid 2101 is an organic fiber reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound. It was specifically developed for molded parts requiring nominal mechanical strengths and excellent electrical properties. This material comes in pelletized form an d in grades suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding.
