Resinoid 1371 is a glass reinforced, two-step phenolic molding compound offering good mechanical and electrical properties. This product has been specifically formulated for applications requiring prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures andresistance to thermal shocks.This material comes in pelletized from and is suitable for injection, transfer or compression molding. It can be preformed on automatic equipment.

Haysite Reinforced Plastics 14200 are sold commercially to other injection, compression, and transfer molders for use in various applications and also used internally for our compression molded applications. Polynt Group BMC RF 9/20 NF is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for railway electrical application. Good mechanical properties and good fire protection grade are combined into the BMC RF 9/20. BMC RF 9/20 complies with nf f 16-101. BMC RF 9/20 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

HTC™ 9510 is an E-Glass Fiber reinforced Bismaleimide (BMI) ESC® molding compound. It exhibits outstanding elevated temperature characteristics providing greatly extended service temperature range versus epoxy compounds for compression molding applications.

menzolit® SMC 0190 is a sheet molding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fiber reinforced and contains mineral fillers. In case of fire the product doesn’t melt, neither does it form droplets nor is smoke generation excessive. The material is compression molded in heated steel molds. It is recommended to work with chrome plated tools. It does not contain any halogens nor any candidates from the REACH SVHC list.

Melochem Molding Compound 736 by BI-QEM is a general purpose melamine formaldehyde resin. It is reinforced with high-class cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It offers good hardness, glossy surface with excellent scratch and chemical resistance. It provides resistance against surfactants and weak bases. The molded products can be recycled and exhibit good light stability and low water absorption properties. It is designed for processing by injection molding. Melochem Molding Compound 736 is recommended for dinnerware jugs, ladles and bowls. It is also suitable for electrical applications and provides heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Its shelf life is of 12 months

StarPCS™ SBMC-900 are carbon fiber reinforced molding compounds containing a discontinuous carbon fiber, a specially formulated StarPCSTM polycarbosilane resin, and refractory particulate. SBMC-900 and SBMC-998 can be used in the cured state, but are specifically designed for use as a ceramic matrix composite (CMC) thermal or mechanical structure.

Urochem Molding Compound 371 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin reinforced with highly refined cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits high apparent density and very good melt-flow. It provides glossy surface, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. Urochem Molding Compound 371 is designed for processing by compression molding. It is suitable for electrical accessories, sanitary products, caps and closures. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Its shelf life is of 6 months below 20°C.

Polynt Group SMC LP 2500 R33 is a sheet molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, reinforced with glass fibers. This SMC has been developed for structural parts. AMC® 8593 is a chopped carbon fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 3K tow.

Voltoid® V-090 is composed of a blend of organic and inorganic fibers, specially formulated inorganic fillers, and bound in a proprietary latex matrix. The material has good dielectric strength and a U.L. Flame Class Rating of 94-5VA. V-090 has a glow wire rating over 700˚C and is therefore suitable for demanding fire resistant applications.
