FILCO® Neoxil 940 is a powdered bisphenolic unsaturated polyester resin known for its light yellow, free-flowing consistency. With its very high molecular weight, it quickly dissolves in styrene, exhibiting a strong binding capability for glass fibers, especially under "hot melt" conditions. Its notable compatibility with unsaturated polyester matrices makes it a preferred choice in various applications requiring strong resin-fiber bonding and rapid dissolution in styrene.

FILCO® 74012 high molecular weight epoxy film-formers are specifically engineered for application in thermoplastic matrices, such as Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) and Polycarbonates (PC). UPRENE UXA-307 is a polyurethane emulsion used for adhesion. Especially, this product is suitable for production of decorated plywood because it excels in adhesion with polyvinylchloride sheet and plywood/canvas, and has excellent creep resistance. And this product is able to be used as an adhesion (creep resistance) improver by blending it to resin emulsion type adhesion such as anion/nonionic type EVA, acryl, SBR and vinyl acetate.

Methacryl-functional silane is used as an adhesion promoter at organic/inorgainc interfaces, as a surface modifier (e. g. Imparting water repellency, organophilic surface adjustment) or as a crosslinker of polymers. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. These materials are useful as adhesion promoters, crosslinking agents, surface modifiers and hydrophobizing agents.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

Conductive Silver Spheres (CHS) are highly conductive, low density, spherical powders and particles with a dry bulk resistivity of .001 ohms/cm. Offering seamless electrical continuity of pure silver at a fraction of the cost and weight. The CHS additives are noticeably lighter than solid silver in paints, Composites and adhesive, while providing excellent conductivity, the low particle density of the CSGS and large surface area facilitates slow phase separation in paints and adhesives compared to heavy metallic and organic fillers. The CHS also works well when used as catalysts, laser fusion targets, and electrically conducting bond line spacers in advanced electronics and other applications. The CHS additives are engineered for high conductivity and shielding electromagnetic interference while improving the applications impact strength. The spheres can be customized from size to silver % to fit the application.
