HALOX® FLASH-X® 330 is a liquid additive that is effective in preventing flash rust and in-can rusting in waterborne protective coatings without the use of nitrites. It is a nitrite-free product that provides excellent flash rust inhibitory performance on various metal substrates and is recommended for use in high-gloss systems. It does not detract from gloss, is easy to use, and can be incorporated at any stage of coating manufacture. Additionally, it can be post-added to any coating system with ease. However, it is important to check compatibility before use, as with any additive.

Gelest N-(TRIETHOXYSILYLPROPYL)-O-POLYETHYLENE OXIDE URETHANE, 95% (SIT8192.0) is a hydroxy-functional trialkoxy silane used as a hydrophilic surface modifier. It functions as a coupling agent, intermediate, and surface modifier and is commonly used in chemical production.

HALOX® XTAIN® A is a highly efficient tannin stain inhibitor providing a high level of performance and compatibility in a variety of resin systems such as styrene-butadiene latexes, acrylic latexes, vinyl acrylic latexes, and solventborne alkyds.

Gelest ZIRCONIUM n-PROPOXIDE, 70% in n-propanol (AKZ975) has a hydrolytic sensitivity value of 7, and it reacts slowly with moisture/water. It functions as a catalyst, intermediate, and anti-abrasion agent and is commonly used in chemical production and polymer manufacturing.

Flytac 111 - 101 is a thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by hydrogenating rosin to an exceptionally high degree with eliminated foreign matter and coloring radicals. It is one of the palest, most highly stabilized rosins commercially available. This product is especially indicated as the tackifier in solvent adhesives and hot-melt applied coatings and adhesives that must excel in these properties.

Flytac 120 is a granular, water-white, modified gum rosin polyols esters made from specially refined gum rosin using a series of advanced processes of partial hydrogenation, esterification, and stabilization. They are a new generation of natural tackifier resins that exhibit good aging resistance, and excellent compatibility. Also capable of raising the initial and persistent viscosity of pressure-sensitive adhesive in a simultaneous way, the excellent heat stability increases by less than 1 degree of Gardner Color within consecutive 8 hours at 180°C.

Flytac 191’s is obtained by hydrogenating cracked C5 to achieve high-quality, multi-purpose, water-white thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. This C5 hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin is mainly used for hot melt adhesives, and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive tackifiers. It has good thermal stability, low odor, and good compatibility with SIS, APAO, etc.

Flytac 188 is a light yellow aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. It is polymerized by high-purity 1.3-pentadiene and designed as a tackifier in hot melt/pressure-sensitive adhesives. This product has good heat resistance, light odor, and good compatibility with polymers like SBS, SIS, SEBS, EVA, SBR, NR, and polyisobutylene.

HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is an effective liquid additive used in the manufacture of water-based protective coatings to inhibit flash rust and in-can rusting. HALOX® CZ-170 is a versatile pigment used in protective coating systems to inhibit corrosion and tannin staining. It is a great replacement for zinc oxide and can be used in high-gloss and thin-film applications due to its finer particle size and narrow distribution. With a gloss of over 75 units at 60° and a film thickness of less than 1.0 mils, or 25 microns, HALOX® CZ-170 is a great option for a variety of coating needs. It can be used to protect both metal and wood substrates, making it a universal option for coating systems.

Flytac 107 is a derivative of gum rosin obtained by chemical treatment to reduce the abietic acid content. It is used as a tackifier for pressure-sensitive adhesives, manufacture of SBR and other synthetic rubbers, and is an important component for making potassium soaps and ABS, etc.

HALOX® XTAIN® L-47 is a liquid stain-inhibiting additive that is zinc-free, ammonia-free, and free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
